The owner is too cheap to carry almonds. OMG all the other yogurt shops do! They also make their employees stack the napkins crisscrossed individually so you won’t take too many napkins.

I just basically prefer every other self-​serve yogurt shop to Yogurt Time. I don’t like the overly sweet/​fake flavors of the yogurts. Simple other things are no almonds and the peanuts aren’t salted. Silly, I know, but I like slightly salty nuts on top of sweet, creamy yogurt. Yogurt Time strikes out on all three criteria.

this location usually has a good selection. i would love it if they carried more flavors that were low-​fat (instead of no fat) because they taste better and don’t give me the sugar crash.

I highly recommend this palace because you make your own favorite combinations exactly the way you want it. Everything is fresh, clean and super tasty. I really love the idea of nobody but me gets to touch my ice cream and I pay for what I get by the weight. What a great concept!

In my opinion, one of the best places in Santa Rosa area to get yogurt. A lot of yummy different flavors and topping options available, especially at their Summerfield location. Unfortunately I do have to say that the service provided here is not the best– oftentimes a bit impatient and not overly friendly towards guests. I have worked in many different customer service related jobs and one of the number one things to remember is to maintain a friendly, polite, professional attitude towards each and every guest regardless of anything. I come here every time I want to purchase yogurt (sometimes weekly) and will continue to do so, but hope that the service will improve by becoming a bit more professional and polite to each guest, to improve upon their overall experience.

My go-​to yogurt shop. They have a decent amount of flavors and toppings, it’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The walls are often decorated with kids coloring contest sheets or thank you posters from local schools… kinda fun. They have a buy 9, get the 10th one free which comes in handy!

The flavors taste very chemical and processed. I’ve seen the staff shove a box of «yogurt» down the hole so I’m sure this is where that taste comes from. I never order anything from here anymore because it is just not worth the calories and money. My 5 year old daughter loves it though.
The yogurt at Yogurt Farms (Santa Rosa) and Yogurt Land (Petaluma) is sooo much better. Lucky me-​YT is really close to my house. Blech.

Returning from a day trip to Bodega bay and just before traffic was starting up we popped in for some fro-​yo. Three people, three cups and different tastes and all for under ten bucks. WoOT!
Plenty of good flavors to sample, but the counter people keep the tasting cups with them. Many toppings offered and fruits are diced and kept in a cooling chamber, how pleasant. It was a warm day so we sat outside. Clean and well lit. Counter gal made her rounds keeping all the areas clean and with a smile.

It’s so hard for me to not stop in for my «fix» when ever I drive by. Nothing special here but it is CLEAN and the staff always friendly.
