I go to this cold stone whenever I have a sweet tooth moment. It’s right next to my work and it’s wonderful. The service is quick, the employees are super friendly, and of course the ice cream is great. They always serve up my sweets with a smile.

Not exactly the best customer service experience evening. First off, I was greeted by the two employees, one of which was already helping somebody. The other employee, whose name that I don’t know because she was not wearing a name tag, was busy making waffle cones. It seems that it was more important to make and additional for waffle cones rather than turn around and help me. Not too much of a big deal until you add everything up. When she did finally turn around to help me, she was able to make my order quickly and efficiently. But when I got My milkshake from her, she seem to leave as little bit left in the blender container and made no effort to try to get the remaining amount out or fill the cup. What it came to another ice cream in my order, I observed her getting all of the ingredients in mixing them properly. And then she put an appropriate amount into a cup for me and proceeded to waste about 25% more to the drain. I’m not saying that I deserve that ice cream, it’s just ridiculous that they would decide to waste product instead of let it go to a better cause then down the drain. This is getting a two star review because she technically did everything right, it’s just these little slip ups that’s I feel really could have made the difference in my mind and I could have taken her one or two more seconds during her shift to accomplish.

I am honestly not a huge fan of ice cream but my kids are and they sure like the ice cream here. The customer service was awesome. I love seeing young people being so polite, patient, and have strong work ethics like that. Both of the young ladies working were so sweet to my kids and they did not get impatient even though my kids took forever making up their minds on what they wanted. I did buy one of the cheesecake ice cream cakes and it was delicious.

Favorite flavor of ice cream to get here, as with all Coldstone Creameries, is Sweet Cream. They have very good ice cream, along with good toppings.

This place is great. Custom ice cream love the coffee lovers! Oh so good. Good customer service. Sometimes on the weekends we wait a long time due to understaffing but that’s ok. My husband loves their rasberry rozen yogurt!

Good ice cream. Only one lonely worker for a mob of people… poor girl. She doesn’t look all that happy. Her serving sizes are on the smaller side. Mud pie mojo with marshmallows is almost like a rocky road. Peanut butter cup perfection extremely chocolatey. Cookie minster too minty.

I haven’t been to the Montgomery Village Coldstone for ages and was so surprised to find that it moved! We circled around the complex for a while because we went to its original location and it wasn’t there. Anyway, the layout is still fairly similar but there’s no places to sit. I had looked up ice cream cakes online and had one in mind, but when I went to the store to order it for the next day, I found out that if I wanted a custom/fresh cake, I had to order in 48 hours in advance. I ended up just picking one of the cakes from the freezer(that looked like they’d been sitting there for a while) and reserved it for pickup. The lady who was working at the time was helpful, but she seemed really impatient and I felt like I was intruding. The cake I ended up getting was the Coffeehouse Crunch in an 8-inch to share with a family of 12: devil’s food cake, coffee ice cream with heath bars, fudge ganache, and heath bars on top. The Heath Bars on top of the cake were really hard and stale because they were frozen, so no one really touched them. It was exactly enough to go around and everyone loved it! The cake wasn’t too sweet at all and had a perfect balance between coffee and chocolate. I was worried it wouldn’t taste as good because it wasn’t fresh, but I have to admit I probably couldn’t even tell if I didn’t already know. TL;DR: Price: $$-$$$ for cakes– ordered the Coffeehouse Crunch and highly recommend it! $ for ice cream Food: 4⁄5
