This place is awful. Some friends and I were in a rush to grab a bite to eat before leaving town, Taco Bell is a great choice for something fast and tasty. Not this one. We placed our order sat down and waited for 20 minutes, we know this to be accurate because we were trying to leave on time. When I went to the counter to inquire about my order, the manager asked if I had my receipt, I replied no. And stated the name my order was under. She went and checked and replied with a very unpleasant tone«you haven’t gotten your food yet» and I said«no» and she replied«I’ll make it right now». No apology what so ever. It took about 7 more minutes and just one of the items I ordered was brought out. I asked«this is all I ordered» to the guy who brought the food he looked around for a second with a very confused face ands said«ugh». I’m furious at this point and storm out. I said some unpleasant things as I left«F*** this place» is what I remember saying. When I got in my car and was about to leave the man who brought me the food came running out to tell me that my order was coming. I yelled back«F you» his response stunned me «F*** you B****». Now I don’t know of any establishment where an employee would have the audacity to say that to a disgruntled customer. By the way I did not ask for a refund I simply left, as we were in a hurry. That’s my story and I will not be returning there again, I don’t think you should either.

Worst service of my life. Came through the the drive thru for a VERYSMALL order. Took over 20 minutes and when I asked for a coupon for my wait, the manager, after putting down her own nachos and purse, told me that on a Saturday night, that is the service that I should expect. is getting an earful.

Seriously, I have never been to a Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant for that matter where the employees are so nice especially at the drive-through and they always get my order right! Thank you to all the wonderful people that work at the Farmers Ln., Taco Bell you’re amazing.

They close before 3 am, which is very frustrating when you drive over late at night to find they have closed fives minutes early. Very disappointing Taco Bell location. Stop closing early and you’ll keep your regular customers!!!

Been here a few times at night even if there was only a few cars in front of me the service time was crazy long. Don’t plan on visiting again.

Yikes, wait was crazy long, like Department of Motor Vehicles long. The drive through guy didn’t seem to have a grasp on featured menu items. This is what I get for craving cool ranch tacos. Gave it two stars because of the cool ranch tacos, they deserve it(the tacos).

I visited this location yesterday and was extremely dissatisfied. I ordered on the mobile app and paid for it with my card. If your employees dont know how to work with the services you offer such as the mobile app, send them to training. I walked in to my food thrown on the counter and i asked where my drinks were i ordered 4 burritos and 2 freezes. The man tells me the machines broken i say okay well can i get a refund then he said«i dont know how to do that» i said can i just get 2 cups to get sodas so i can get out of here and he said«idk how to do that on the mobile app» i said can you get someone that knows what theyre doing and he said if he could find someone hed let them know. Figure it out taco bell you lost my business.

Service was quick. Seating area was clean and the food was typical Taco Bell. Looks like they have also added some healthier options which is appreciated.

Wait in drive through was ridiculous, at least 15 minutes. Food was thrown together, and didn’t taste fresh. NOT a good taco bell. :(

Taco Bell is still one if the best bargains in town for fast food. A 12 pack of tacos is hard to beat at $ 14.01! This particular location has always been pleasant and even brings your order to you if the wait at the drive through is a long one. Yes, sometimes you wait and that how busy they are. The wait is worth it.

Only reason it’s not a five is because it’s not open 24 hours a day! Other than that it was wonderful service and the girl working the register was very helpful and informed of the cheesy ford it’s crunch with nacho Doritos locos taco shells, it was awesome! My new Taco Bell of choice for sure!

Well, well, well… I have loved Taco Bell for years. It’s been a late night staple for me and friends. Drive-thru’s are always packed. A 25 minute wait granted is kind of pushing it. I mean it’s not like they make the food from scratch. Everything is pre-made and just assembled. I ordered 1 simple meal tonight, Nacho Bell Grande, with steak. What I received however was a plate of broken little slivers of chips, with a dash of cold cheese, the beans were just a solid lump, and the steak… was 1 bite size and 3 small barely edible pieces. I get it, it’s the weekend, you’re tired, you don’t want to make another bag of steak so you’re using the bar minimum. But hot damn, it was 10pm. You guys don’t close till 3am. Step it up and do your jobs. I’m not asking for excellent perfection, but at least give people what they pay for. Sheesh. I would be ashamed to work here. On another note, this doesn’t reflect the other Taco Bell Establishments. I still love to feast with them. I think it’s time for this individual restaurant to have corporate sent in to re-evaluate their standards.

The Dr Pepper freeze is a myth. They have a sign but I’ve been here 5 – 7 times in the last month and the machine is always down or they’re out. Come on and get it together.

We all know how they taste. But 1 star for the drive thru at night. They take as long as a sit down restaurant. That is all.

This was a very late snack around 10 pm. We ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get our food, which I thing is a long time. The tortillas were stale and hard so that was a bit disappointing!

Had to try the quesarito!!! I’m always surprised that Taco Bell can come up with new stuff even though everything has the SAME4 ingredients! Ha! I like their quesadillas & burritos are ok so I had relatively high hopes for the quesarito. Nope! No bueno — unless you are stoned — then I bet it’s amazing!!! I miss the volcano menu!!!

Five stars for making my night! I drove my brother and his wife to this Taco Bell and they tried to place about three different orders… they couldn’t because they were out of the majority of products they needed to make the order. If I remember correctly they were out of chicken, cheese, chips, nacho cheese, tomatoes, coke, and verde sauce. My brother then asks the lady«SO what can I order… cheese is like the main ingredient.» they did figure out their order but it was a good laugh at a great price!

Where to start… first of all I should say that I am an loyal Taco Bell fan and customer. Hell I even thought of working there when I was in high school, but then I saw who my coworkers would have been, yikes. Okay, to the review. Time: Monday night, during a riveting episode of Monday night football. Situation: Friend is on his way to my place for a beer and some much deserved Taco Bell after an exhausting workout. He was making a «RUNFORTHEBOARDER» as we often say. WHATTHE F HAPPENED: Well Mark, my before mentioned friend, ordered a healthy helping of Mexican delight and we were sorely disappointed when he arrived at my house and examined the contents of our bountiful plastic satchel. The order — 2 Bean burritos, 2 Volcano burritos(F’n Delicious BTW), 1 Double Decker 1 Chicken quesidilla and several other items. What we got — 2 child sized bean burritos(you could make these things disappear with 2 bites man) NO Volcano burritos, a «chicken» qusidilla with NOGODDAMNCHICKEN, and poor Mark was told that they were«out» of Double Deckers… OUT!!! Really? Well, needless to say, Mark has to shoulder some of the blame here… NO he did not do a bag check at the drive through window, he claims he was«famished» and«couldn’t focus»… good thing he was driving… but com’on man. We are in the space age here, we landed on the moon man… they have a bunch of beeping computers and shit to tell them exactly what is being ordered. SO… we had to jump in the whip and drive back to the Bell at half time to get this abomination of an order remedied right quick. Yes they fixed it, but its the principle of the fact that we had to drive back, all the way 1.27 miles down the road and GOINSIDE… I mean shit man, god invented drive thrus for a reason right?
