Called and left a voice message. Never even heard back. Not too smart to not call a potential client back.

Response to Justin below: Per my cell phone records & voice mail records, you did not call me back at all until you realized that I had left a negative Unilocal review (almost 2 weeks later). And then you made up a lie that you called and left me a voice message because you saw my negative Unilocal review. It’s 2016, you can’t lie about leaving voicemails anymore.
I will bump your rating up to 2 stars because you did finally call back (again, only because you saw the negative review on Unilocal), but no more than that because you were just trying to save face.

Justin was the ONLY agent we called who actually answered his phone. In addition, he meet with us at a property prior to us being prequalified. The fact that we weren’t looking for a million plus home did not effect the excellent customer service we received. Justin is knowledgable about the ins and outs of a VA purchase! He helped us find our home, and went as far as to crawl under the home prior to purchase, with my husband. We trust him implicitly.
