Visited this shop twice and was treated more than fairly by both the previous and the current owner. Had done a thorough search to exchange some valuable pieces that were sentimental as well, and after visiting shops in Marin and Sonoma Counties got the very best deal at Santa Rosa Coin Exchange. It was an honorable way to trade. More recently some coins that had been sitting in a dresser drawer for years we went to exchange and because he knew it was for a kid he was more than fair for the market on a small transaction. A good business.

Went in for info on gold. The owner had a huge chip on his shoulder. Said he was stressed because of all the questions everyone had and his business is booming. He can’t keep up. He didn’t want to give me information because he was tired of the public. I have an idea… maybe he shouldn’t have a business that serves the public. I don’t think I want to give him any of my money. He might throw it at me. This was beyond having a bad day.
