I went in to do extended warrantee return. The store manager, who handled the return, did not smile once during the conversation. Whereas I cannot say that she was«nasty» she certainly was not helpful. I asked if I could get a gift card for the warrantee(something that was allowed when I bought the earbuds). She informed me that they no longer offer that option. While I realize she was just stating company policy, she could have been a bit more friendly. On the plus side, they have plenty of parking and I was in and out quickly… but I think I will buy my next set of earbuds elsewhere.

Just went in saw a tablet for 69.99 on sale I took out my card to pay for it and the lady at the register told me she was sorry but that price was old and their was like 5 tablets with on sale prices and she said someone forgot to take off the price and isn’t it by law they have to give it to me for that price wtf so mad

My wife and I purchased our smart phones from this store several weeks ago. After years with Verizon, we wanted to have the smart phone experience without the high data cost. We chose Virgin Mobile. I wanted to purchase from a brick & mortar store rather than online. My biggest concern was going from the big Verizon foot print to Virgin’s use of Sprint, with their limited coverage. I was told by the sales person, «don’t’ worry about coverage, because Sprint has a deal with Verizon so when you roam out of the Sprint foot print, you seamlessly roam into the Verizon system». That clinched the deal for me. Well, guess what… according to Virgin & Sprint directly, there is no such arrangement between Virgin Mobile and Verizon. The coverage with Virgin/Sprint really sucks and I am stuck. I went back to speak to the person who sold me the phones and got a shoulder shrug. I’ll never go back there.

Hit or miss. I’ve been here a few times for various reasons and I never know what kind of service I’m going to get. At times they’ve been very helpful at others they’ve been discourteous. The bottom line is while this place isn’t a nightmare, I would only shop here if you had no other option.

Came in here to get my new iPhone 4 after being put on a waiting list. The rep who helped me was Nate and he was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire transaction. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want and he even put the protective screen cover on for me. While he was helping me, a foreign couple from France needed a power converter and without missing a beat he was able to tell them how to convert the voltage details on the package without referring to any documents. I’m very glad I got my phone from here as opposed to the Apple store or elsewhere. As a former employee of Cingular/AT&T for 8 years I felt he handled the transaction perfectly. I would definitely go back for any wireless or electronic needs to consult him. I know this review may seem a tad«glowing», but as someone who has been in customer service for over 10 years I felt the need to add my 2 cents.
