They ended up showing up to my door with the pizza 50 minutes after I hung up on them. They said it was a cash order. I never even completed the order after they told me I was outside of delivery distance. Why did they not call me back after I hung up if they were going to make the pizza and try to deliver it? They never confirmed the order or even asked me what size I wanted. Bad business people, bad manager.

I placed a $ 70 order online, and marked it for curb side pickup. I arrived at the designated time, waited for 20 minutes, and then went inside to see if there was a problem. «Oh … here it is. Sorry, we were busy». I was parked in the designated area, in plain view of the pickup area. There was no way that they did not know that I was there. Three delivery people passed directly in front of my car on the way to their car — pretty easy to hand me my order on their way. We like Round Table Pizza, but apparently they are too busy take care of customers who order and prepay online. If you will not be honoring a service that you offer, then don’t offer it.

Got a pickup pizza, pasta and drinks last night. Crew was friendly, pizza was ready fast, and they got everything right. Could not ask for better.
And the Pizza is always the best in town. Nothing else comes close to the pan crust they have.

Horrible!!! tried to order for delivery. They won’t deliver to my area which is about 1 mile from them. Said i had to order from a different roundtable but that one is closed. They wouldn’t budge.

Call a week ahead of time to book a party room. No problem.
Of course we get there with our soccer team, they have no record of us. We had the name of the lady we talked to, and luckily they had a room open.
No refills, which sucks. The guys working the counter were friendly enough, but slow, and when we asked if they could change the TV from a news program showing people being blown up (great for a kids soccer party) to some sports, they just came in a turned it off.
That stupid, lazy move caused the thirty dollar tip we were going to leave after we used the whole room to a zero dollar tip you lazy fucks.
The salad bar is decent, the pan pizza not bad but takes forever, but you pay huge prices for sodas with no refills and lazy moronic employees. The only good thing about this place is the two giant party rooms.

I always liked Round Table since the 80’s. Ate in for the first time in decades and it was alright. For lunch it’s going to be slow. My only real complaint is that there are no refills. I would have liked seen at least one refill…
They have two decent size party rooms. All the seating up front are booths. 2×2. Any more and you’ll be cramp.

First time trying Round Table and they were great! Loved everything from the pizza to the sticks. Friendly service as well. My only complaint is the pasta was too dry. So with more sauce would be great!

I’d give them a lower score if I could. Their customer service has recently fallen off a cliff, and not just from my decent experience. We ordered a pizza for delivery with a 45 – 1 hour wait. At an hour and fifteen we call, «it’ll be there any minute». Skip to about an hour later and many more calls of «it’ll be there any minute «we received our cold pizza from a guy who couldn’t care less. Way bummed, going to our local pizza shop only from here in out!

First off let me say I LOVE Round Table Pizza’s. But every place may serve basically the same pizza not everyone goes above and beyond. This one has a great beer selection and keeps the place very clean with friendly staff.

Pizza’s always Great, go for the pizza not for the service the employees VERY lazy standing around doing nothing, laughing and 2 employees on there cell phones there were no clean tables had to ask them to clean a table for us to sit at and not good service. Salad bar not stocked out of everything No napkins on tables kids running around, should hire employees that give a darn.

Very sad when all I wanted was a round table pizza that’s one of my favorite pizza places since I was born. And a regular customer at this location for 17 years and I got turned down because they wouldn’t break a 100.00 bill/​American Currency !!
Because of the dumb policy about there driver only Carry 20.00 in change and I ordered a 35.00 pizza, then told me I had to spend 80.00 to get a delivery !!
So I had to call Mary’s pizza and they had no problem taking my cash!
And the staff I talked to were in need of serious customer service training!

Their salad bar is always out of bread sticks and the staff isn’t as helpful as they should be. It took them over 5 minutes to split our check in half with two credit cards, and they did not include the discount on the salad bar when you order it with a pizza because I paid with my own card. They have a little arcade which is great for kids while waiting for pizza.

Round Table has always maintained a great reputation for making good pizza. I love my RTP, always the go to delivery pizza when crave pizza and no time to cook. I have never once been disappointed ever at any RTP.
Last night they messed up my wifes pizza order. She ordered a half King Arthur and half Chicken Garlic. They delivered a whole King. We were not upset, called to inform them of the mistake and they promptly delivered us the pizza we ordered. Great customer service in my book!

I do like Round Table Pizza BUT this one is a bust. I was out walking & stopped in to order take out. The wai-​tperson would not take my order without me paying first. WHAT??? Orders are taken over the phone all of the time without requesting payment. After talking with the manager and her refusing to take my order I left. One important thing about this experience was the rudeness of the manager & how unprofessional she was /​is. I am spreading the word about this place… not a place to go for pizza and be treated in respectful manner.
I walked back to my car and drove over to Mombo’s …what I should have done in the first place since their pizza is amazing…5 stars

Round tables veggie gourmet veggie pizza is amazing. The white sauce they add to it gives the flavor a kick. The pizza isn’t ever soggy and the crust is just right. I prefer thin crust over thick, but both are good. One thing that makes this pizza different is the white sauce and that they add artichokes. Small ingredients can make a huge difference in taste. This is a great place to have a party at, or meet up with friends for any occasion.

The pizza was at perfect temp when delivered. It was cooked exactly to specifications and delivered ahead of the time they stated it would take. This is the second time they have done a great job out of the two times I’ve called them to order. I find that to be great odds. Great job guys!

Stopped here for lunch recently as I was in town for a business meeting. Have to say that I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant — even the bathroom — and the friendliness of the workers. I was also VERY impressed with the salad bar. It was neat and clean and very well stocked. The pizza was good, as good as pizza can be. Glad to know of this spot for future reference.
