Ken did a wonderful job on our wedding rings. They were exactly what we wanted and looked even better than we thought they would. He provides excellent customer service, works very quickly without sacrificing quality, and worked within our budget. He even resized my watch for me and it fits perfectly. In the end, I could not be happier with our decision to use Design Jewelers.

I was planning on using some company out of Washington to design a custom engagement ring when I thought I’d shop around locally before committing. Every shop I went into said my design was too complicated, then I found this shop and so glad I did. Ken was inviting, personable, professional and helped explain every detail while making the ring. It turned out amazing and he even cut the price in half from what I was planning on paying. My fiancé is obsessed with her ring and shows it off to everyone. I highly recommend Ken for his skills and him as a person. The whole experience was amazing and I am looking forward to designing the wedding band with him.

Thank you Ken for the wonderful custom wedding band! It took a few times to get it right, but Ken was awesome and gracious when it came to designing and perfecting my wedding band. My sister even told me she was jealous and it was time to upgrade her wedding set.

As someone who generally tries to hide the fact that I am extremely picky and a perfectionist, with my engagement ring I did not hold back. Ken delivered everything I could have imagined. I will enjoy looking at my custom ring for the rest of my life. The quality and customer service you will receive will surpass any jeweler in the county. Ken first created a solitaire ring which we loved but then I decided to go with a more elaborate style. He made a perfect rendition of the wax mold in a timely matter and sized the ring 2x in one day for us. He created a stunning timeless ring from a dated statement piece. We look forward to creating my fiancé’s wedding band with him in the very near future and returning to him with all of our fine jewelry needs.

On 9÷29÷11, I had my wedding ring repaired at Design Jewelers. The Diamond in my ring was loose and needed a prong repaired. I felt very comfortable leaving my ring for repair, as the owner performs the repairs himself, and my ring never leaves the store. When I picked up the ring, the owner showed my exactly what he had done and it looked fantastic. I received wonderful service and I will go back for any future jewelery needs.
