I’ve had good luck when I visit this consignment shop. They have good stuff and thats the bottom line. I think it changed hands and the new owners have«narrowed» the hours which means less time to shop = less $$ for them! Too bad, because I like their selections.

Recently discovered this tiny shop, tucked into the Oliver’s shopping center on Montecito. The counter gal was very friendly and the clothing was gorgeous. Prices are on the higher end but it seems like the owners take great care to select only the best pieces. Hoping to go back after pay day :)

Left some lovely new Ralph Lauren suits on consignment. They were on garment hangers in p, ASIC garment bags. They did not sell. When I picked up the suits they were rolled up and stuffed in a paper grocery bag. No one had a clue where the hangers or garment bags were. Very snotty.

Fun clothes!!! What a cute shop, it’s right next door to Oliver’s Market, they have vintage cardigans, adorable hats, and all kids of wonderful finds. I could spend some serious time here. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I’ve always shopped consignment stores; this is one of my favorites locally. Although the store is small, they use the space well– it is full of appealing items without being over-crowded. Another thing I like– it’s clean. Many stores that sell clothing second-hand have that«smell» which hurries me through the store– not so with paper dolls– the items are carefully chosen and and clean. Most are reasonably priced, although sometimes too high. Because of the small space, they aren’t a leave-it-and-forget-about-it consignment store– it you’re selling items, you need to pay attention to the date. We like shopping and selling here.

I just discovered a new clothing consignment boutique in Santa Rosa callled Paper Dolls. It’s in Rincon Valley which really needed something like this. They have really great clothes in a nicely layed out, organized little shop. They only carry women’s clothes but maybe someday they’ll expand. They have it decorated soo cute inside. I can’t stay away. Everytime I have to go to the grocery store, Oliver’s Market, I stop in to see what’s new and they get new merchandise daily. It is a family run business. The mother also has an adorable gift and toy store in the same shopping center called Sunnyside Cottage! Can’t wait for the holiday items!
