Olde Towne Jewelers

I can’t tell you how happy we are with both locations of Olde Towne Jewelers in Sata Rosa. After being referred to OTJ from their sister store, Filligree, in Sonoma, we met Rose and told her what we were looking for in an engagement ring. She showed us some beautiful rings, but said that she knew of a ring at the other store in Santa Rosa that would be perfect! She was kind enough to call ahead and let them know which one she was thinking of, and it turns out it was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted. We took it to get sized and Rose was so helpful. She knows her stuff!

The service is so outstanding here, they deserve an update. I can’t list all the things they have done for me but here are a few samples. I have a brooch that belonged to my grandmother. A stone fell out. Debra found a solution by replacing two stones. I can wear it now. It looks better than before the stone fell out. Many jewelry stores would not touch costume jewelry. This was very old and much better and differently made than costume jewelry is now. Both Debra and the jeweler Mark worked with it until the problem was solved. I wanted to update my charm bracelet by moving my favorite charms to a new bracelet. Debra worked with my charms, carefully arranging them on the new bracelet to optimum affect and comfort. She could not have given this task more attention. It’s perfect now. I purchased a vintage necklace and earring set there. I had trouble operating the necklace clasp because it was so small. Rose created a new jump ring and changed the other part of the clasp while I waited so I could wear the necklace and earrings right away. Mark has repaired several items. They look better after he re-​rounds rings and polishes them than they did when they were new. I have two American flag lapel pins that I couldn’t wear because women’s lapels don’t have slits for lapel pins. Debra and Mark changed the backs twice on these until they worked perfectly.
Debra is my go to person. She is so pleasant, competent, and helpful. Peggy, Rose, and Mark have also helped many times. When you add this excellent service to the outstanding merchandise at Olde Towne Jewelers, there is no reason to even look at jewelry any place else. They never disappoint.

We had purchased an engagement ring from their other location in Santa Rosa and just needed it re-​sized and this is the location where they have their jeweler. The owner Eric had said that we could have this done while we waited. When we first walked in the lady in the store was a little grumpy, but she did lighten up. We only had to wait about 45 min. And there was no charge.
