Who talks to customers that way? Never have I ever experienced such sarcasm and indifference when trying to resolve and replace and item under a valid Brookstone warranty. The customer service rep at Santa Rosa Plaza, P-a-u-l, was unhelpful, uncaring and not representative of the good customer service I have had at other Brookstone stores. He proudly and sarcastically told me that he has worked there for five years. I guess to him that justified his poor attitude and abysmal customer service. I hope he was having a bad day, because it would be a terrible way to go through life. I will be reporting my experience to their corporate offices. I left the store without a replacement a refund or even store credit.

I got some slippers for Xmas and they did not fit. I brought them in and they exchanged them with no questions ask. The staff was very helpful.

Do people not review places in the mall and I’m just some loser? I feel weird about posting this considering I was just the first to post for another mall business. Weird. Anyhow, I had a great experiences using their reclining, vibrating chairs that they have on sale. That’s why we stopped in there, that’s what we spent the majority of time doing. What else were we going to do while waiting for new glasses to be made. After my massage, I did look around the store. They have some sweet shit! All kinds of cool gadgets for the random person in your life you need a random and semi-pricey gift for. I’m going back to buy something for my dad. So I like this place.
