The Body Shop

As a long-​time customer of The Body Shop (I’ve been going in here with my mom since I was a kid!), I was really happy when I moved up to Santa Rosa and started shopping at this location. They keep things organized, and things tend to always be in stock. It’s on the small side compared to some of the other locations, yet they don’t seem to have any smaller of a selection; it’s just more compact. What makes this location stand head and shoulders above some of the other locations I’ve shopped at are the employees! They have all been extremely friendly and accommodating. They consistently go out of their way to help me find products that will work for me, chat with me about their favorites (and mine) and are never pushy if I come in and insist that I just want to browse. They all seem genuinely happy to help. As for the products, they have great cosmetics and skincare. Some of my favorites are their body oils and bath salts, as well as their eye shadows and the All In One Face Base. The products and the service are both great, it’s definitely worth a look if you find yourself walking by without ever stopping in. And if you are a regular, it pays to sign up for their rewards card! There is a fee, but you get 10% off everything including sale prices, and you get a gift on your birthday. It ends up paying for itself after the birthday gift alone.
