It’s not this individual store’s fault but some CEO in their company came up with the absurd idea of charging women more for black shoes! Because black is the most common color they have decided to charge their customers more for it! This is a ridiculous notion and I am taking my business elsewhere from now on until they change their policy.

Laura P. went out of her way to help me with a clearance hard to find boot today Eventhough she was aware that I also had a return to take care of. Outstanding service.. she even phoned another store to find my size.. wow! Love it! !!

This is a nice store with very nice shoes… and if your buying the service is very good. I just realized yesterday but when your returning… the reverse is true. The very same young lady who sold me 4 pairs of shoes weeks prior snubbed me when she saw me walk into the store holding their box. I sat down and just waited. No one said, hi, no one said can I help you, would you like to try something else. While i sat there holding the box, they said hi to every one else who walked in. They said wanna try on that? etc. But let me sit there. Then I said do you have a ped? and one Blonde handed me two and walked away. Finally, a nice gal named Natalie, came out from the back and I said could you help me? She sold me a pair that cost more and I paid the difference. Even then, when she popped in back to get shoes for someone… none of the girls would ring me up. It did not appear that it mattered who rang you up. The little one named Sloane… even put away boxes rather than try and wait on me. Pretty disgusted with them. I wont return. I will shop elsewhere like Macys in SF when I go to the city… or find an Aeresole elsewhere.

Crazy good prices to be found here! Today was my first time in the shop and I am shocked at how many good deals the store offers. It’s a comfort store with a casual, cool look to the shoe. This isn’t the place to come for dainty and feminine shoes, but cute shoes are found here.
All of the sales people are super friendly and helpful. They are genuinely here to ensure you find just the right shoe. It is refreshing to have such helpful people.
I’m so impressed with the little shop. Great product, great prices, and super amazing staff.

What a great shopping experience! It was late on a Sunday and I was determined to find the perfect shoes for my vacation… the young ladies running the store were amazing! They were cheerful, efficient, and knowledgable. When I finally found perfect shoe, but not in right color, they ordered it from the store in Corde Madera and had them shipped to me! I’m going back whenever I need shoes!
