I like the online ordering, you can easily split toppings up to thirds of a pie, though the mobile site is buggy. I ordered in the morning and only waited a couple minutes when I picked it up in the evening. Pizza thin crust was pretty good, nice sauce, though the pepperoni was sparse and very thin. Wings are tiny and not fried hot enough making them soggy, but a good sauce(crank up those fryers, its 7k ft!). Why only one type of salad? Offering different types of meat topping does not a different salad make. Also, grow up and get some non-1990s salad dressings. Over all, pretty good value, but a better pizza and much better salads/wings can be hard for a few dollars more. Wings are a great touch, but do them right. Still deciding if this is a disguised domino’s or a transition to affordable good pizza.

I placed an order online. The website specifically says they will deliver to your place of work, and despite being less than 2 miles away they wouldn’t let me put it in for delivery. I entered it for pick up, waited a few minutes, and headed over. When I got there, the place was dark with a sign saying they were opening an hour late, which would be noon. I got there at 12:05, and there was not a soul in sight. I waited for awhile, and no one showed. I have no clue what time they actually opened. I understand emergencies, but to accept online orders, and not be in store to make them is totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t chance ordering from here again, at least not anytime soon.

Okay, I lived in Glenview(Chicago Suburb) so my expectations are pretty friggin high. I didn’t even know these guys existed and their store was so new it wasn’t even listed yet but I saw them when stuck in traffic on Cerillos Road and said«F%^& It!» and pulled out of traffic and went in. I was prepared to be disappointed but I went inside and saw CHICAGOBEEFCALZONE and I thought to myself«what in the heck would these people know about«Chicago Beef»? but I decided to try it anyway. I saddle up to the counter and place my order and then the girl asks if I’d like some Giardiniera peppers with it. I thought: «Holy Crap! They have Giardiniera peppers too?» So I started thinking that maybe these guys knew what they were doing. I got my calzone and my peppers and my au jus and went to town. I had suffered through over 3 years of nasty yuppie cracker pizzas covered in all manner of gross Whole Foods rubbish and FINALLY gotten something with enough meat and cheese and peppers to make me forget about all of that horrid yuppie wannabe pizza I’d been forced to endure on the Plaza in Santa Fe and in downtown Denver. Is the best I’ve eaten? No, that honor goes to Dakota’s Pizza in Glenview but it is a reasonably authentic Chicago Style pizza joint in the middle of a place that shouldn’t even know what that is? YES, absolutely. Massive, Satisfying, Savory and totally worth the money(especially if you are stuck in traffic on Cerillos) and so far I have had to resist the urge to eat there every time I pass it for fear of becoming Jabba The Hutt. Yeah their tables are spartan(and don’t sit flat on the floor), yeah their store front barely looks like a restaurant but you won’t leave hungry and you won’t think that you would have gotten a better Pizza without hopping on a plane and flying to Chicagoland, PERIOD.

Horrible pizza for the price, you’re better off going to Pizza Hut and saving some money. Also, a service charge for delivery??? Really? And it doesn’t go to the driver! We will never eat there again.

Ordered at 5:15p…called to see if they forgot about me at 6:48p and asked that my pizza at least be hot, manager swore up and down that it would be there in 15 minutes and be steaming hot. 7:22p(NOT15 minutes, mind you…) it arrived and was cold. I called again and they offered 10% off my next meal… hahaha, is this real life? What would you do? :-(I really like this place too, but it’s just not convenient to eat cold pizza a couple hours after you ordered it. At least the baby ate.

I got excited when I saw that this place sold Chicago-style pizza. We decided to give it a try. I called and ordered delivery. I was told that they have deep dish, stuffed crust or thin crust pizza. I ordered the stuffed crust thinking that I was ordering Chicago-style stuffed pizza which has crust on the bottom and top and the ingredients stuffed inside then the sauce is spread on top of the top layer of crust. What we got was stuffed crust pizza like the stuff I have seen in commercials for Pizza Hut. The edge of the crust had cheese stuffed in it. It tasted okay, not great, and was not Chicago style. I guess the deep dish is the only Chicago-style pizza that they have although I asked if their crust is corn meal and was told no. Chicago-style pizza has corn meal crust.

I got the Chicago style beef calzone and the BBQ wings, for delivery. I love the calzone, but I’m pretty happy I ordered an extra side of au jus. If I didn’t have it, the calzone crust would be way too much dry. The boneless wings were a disappointment, soggy and obviously a cheap fried afterthought. I would’ve given another star, but the delivery guy had to be handholded via phone for ten minutes while I stood waving my arms and calling out when I gave specific directions — apartment number, #3 Upstairs. I got my order, and I was happy until I realized that it was missing the extra side of blue cheese dressing that I had ordered. I called and talked to the same girl I took the order with, and she offered to have the driver come back with the dressing, but I said it was cool because I didn’t get charged for it. I suppose this is a lesson: always check your order.

Save your money. Horrible wings, skimpy sandwiches, bleh pizza. Honestly not worth anyone’s time.

TL;DR great pizza, mediocre wings. I’m torn as to which style of pizza I like better: the deep dish or the thin crust. The deep dish is lightly buttery and while doughy, still crispy, like a good crust should be. But the thin crust is flaky and flavorful, and also crispy. I guess I’ll just have to keep trying both every order until I figure out which is better. Both are loaded with toppings and just enough cheese and sauce. The toppings were fresh and tasty. The wings — on the other hand — were bland, far too mild, and greasy. I doubt I’ll be trying them again. Overall I highly recommend the pizza. Best pizza I’ve had since I returned to Santa Fe. But don’t get the wings.

We ordered a deep dish cheese pizza to go because we are from Taos. When we got home we preheated our oven to 450 and wanted up the for about 20 minutes. The cheese was good, quality cheese with great flavor, the sauce was thick and flavorful and the crust was crunchy and buttery. We really loved this pizza and we will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe.

I always order delivery from pizza 9 and the food always arrives before the expected time and hot and fresh. The drivers are always courteous and it feels better to order from them than a major national chain. The pizza is consistently rich and the meats and cheeses are great quality.

Awful! I will only go there again to see if it was really bad pizza or they were just having a bad day. Way too much toppings piled on and the grease sogged up my crust, they obviously don’t know that less means more. People that worked there were super friendly though. They said they were supposed to be espiritu’s competition. Espiritu has absolutely no worries. I won’t even give that greasy pie to my dogs.

This was our first visit. The pizza was great with enough cheese that anywhere else would have cost extra. The personnel were helpful and friendly. If we lived in Santa Fe we would visit often.

I’ve ordered two pizzas for delivery now. The first time the delivery took 30 minutes longer than was stated. I was told by my delivery driver that she had become lost(although I left both my cell phone & detailed directions). Driver claimed she called twice but both times it went to voice mail. This was definitely not true as I had been online on my phone the entire time. However, the pizza was delicious as was the ½ salad. Thought I would give it one more try. Tonight I was told it would be 45 minutes. At an hour I called the store and was told my driver was 5 minutes away. Not quite. 10 minutes later the driver showed up & told me they were out of the dessert I ordered so he brought me something else instead. Why didn’t he call and ask me. I don’t appreciate paying so much for mediocre at best cheesecake. The last straw was that after taking an hour and ten minutes to arrive my pizza was barely warm. So, I’m posting this as my pizza is heating up in the oven. I called the store to complain & neither manager offered even an apology much less any recompense. I won’t be ordering from Pizza 9 again. Too bad though, they do make good pizza.

I’m visiting Santa Fe on business this weekend and was hungry from traveling all morning. I looked this place up and was happy they delivered. My order came in about 30 minutes. The green chili on the pizza was the best part of my order. I was unfortunately disappointed with over cooked evvvvverything. The top of the pie was that deep brown burned cheese look and the bread that came with the spaghetti was wayyyy over done too! Total bummer. I ate it to stave off a raging headache that was brewing. A cool little pizza kitchen like this… yeah, you can do BETTER!

We had a deluxe pizza and an order of wings. The food was served promptly and was delicious. The crust was crisp with a great sauce and delicious meats and veggies. The wings were served hot and a little spivey. The place is clean and has a warm feel. The help was friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back!

I have no clue what the food is like here. Maybe it’s delicious or maybe it’s like 80% of the pizza in Santa Fe. They had peppered the mailboxes in my neighborhood with«Summer Specials» coupons for $ 19.99. I called and after being put on hold a couple of times I was told I had to order $ 25 or more. It’s just me and the boy tonight and I have no use for that much leftover food, assuming it’s good enough to save. I guess I’ll consider this a possibility for a time when I am not inside of my house holding a coupon that was delivered to said dwelling on a rainy night with a hungry eight-year-old. Nice intro.
