this place took a tablet of our that had a cracked screen. other than that it was fully functional. After weeks of waiting we asked what the status was. The response: we got was «we are waiting for repairs the tech said he was waiting for parts» weeks latte we got the call the tablet was beyond repair. and now the things does not work at all. They gave it back to us saying that it was not repairable. So from a functioning tablet we got a new screen and a tablet that doesn’t work. Now the company and the tech is saying that the unit was not functioning when we brought it in and they are telling me that I am lying to them. They are saying that it actually didn’t work when we brought it in. I wouldn’t take anything to these guys for repair as they basically broke my tablet.
