Excellent service as usual. Even dog treats for my puppy. The dry cleaning was done well also. I live by the Rodeo Plaza so this location is really convenient for me. It’s very nice that they have a drive thru pick up. They will give you an accurate pick up time when you drop off. Some items may take extra time. Like my chenille throws for example. They always let me know if it will be a couple of days. Overall, I am satisfied with the services.

I was just advised my shirts were done but my pants were not. The problem?
I live in Oregon and the dry cleaner is in Santa Fe, NM.
When I dropped the items off I specifically said I need the garments back as I will be leaving town to go home.
I was advised «no problem. They will be ready.»
Big Problem.
I had to drive to the plant and pick them up and then leave town to head home.
Of course they still charged me…
To get the charges reimbursed takes the GM’s authority so a delay would occur. I asked for cash as I no longer trust they will do what they say…

This is the only dry cleaner on the south side of town. I rarely take items in but every time I do the staff is incredibly rude. Once I went early in the morning to drop off a bag (they were open) and was snidely asked, «Who comes to the cleaners this early?» On my last visit when I politely asked a question regarding my account the clerk actually grunted. I’d be rude back, but I’m not capable.
My advice is to drive the extra miles to a different cleaners. They don’t do anything that is shockingly great with my clothing. I only suffered the lack of customer service because of the proximity, but they have worn me down.
