Guests are greeted by a brilliant coffee aroma that will pick you up before you’ve had the coffee. There is a large selection of high grade coffee. The artwork left some to be desired.

I think I should have tried some of their pastries with the pictures shown on the other reviews but I was all about the coffee. This is some fantastic coffee. I kept getting the buttered coffee… I’m not sure why I didn’t deviate and try something new but it was an interesting thing. Not bowled over interesting but an intriguing interesting. No matter the day or time, the staff were so nice. NO attitude. I was waiting for it but it just didn’t happen. The one thing about my time here in Santa Fe was that the people most likely to be standoffish, were not; and the people most likely to not be, were. So back to the coffee. I would have bought a pound to take home because they said they had several nice bold dark roasts(decaf — hard to find) but the prices were a bit daunting. For a little more than double, I can get good quality elsewhere in quantity or a little less on the per pound, I can get my favorite. Now, I wouldn’t put the possibility aside that this couldn’t BE my new favorite… but for now, I’ll stick to my usual(s). The coffee bar wasn’t exactly super stocked but it was clean as was the rest of the place and I would totally recommend Ohori’s if you love a good, strong cup of coffee. ps They DO have wi-fi.

I’m a coffee nut, I’ve worked as a professional Barista for the past 5 years. I can tell you about good coffee and bad coffee. Ohori’s is beyond good, they set the standard for coffee. As my friend says, their coffee is the Sh! t.

First let me say you should thank Greg for losing you a daily customer and showing me that Ohori’s has the staff with attitude that’s easy to find in the service industry in Santa Fe. A suggestion is that you have consistency for coffee prices for travel mugs. If I am charged the same amount every time I go in there that’s what I expect to be charged. I don’t care about the 30 cent difference, but I do care that I’m charged that same amount without attitude from Greg. It’s too bad your staff can’t be at the same level as the coffee you serve.

Excellent coffee and great people! Great coffee shop with tea and coffee accessories to purchase, as well as a variety of unique vegan treats and chocolates.

I have been going to Ohori’s for over 20 years now. Was a local for a while and now just a visitor to Santa Fe. For anyone who gave the coffee a negative review I would challenge them to go up to the counter and complain about the coffee. The staff at Ohori’s has always been the sort of absolute coffee snob that every coffee drinker needs. They will either find the right coffee for you or will properly push you in the direction of drinking tea instead. If you cannot find the right coffee at Ohoris then frankly you are not a serious coffee drinker. My only complaint as a family of 6 vegans is the lack of Vegan food options.

Taste’s differ, but I prefer a dark roasted coffee bean and Ohori’s does this well. I like Betterday as well, but the lighter Stumptown roast is, for me, an occasional thing, while the French Roast at Ohori’s is my daily drink. They also sell Aeropress in house, which says they know a thing or two about making non-espresso coffee. I liike the location, the vibe is relaxed, not too crowded. I do agree with many other reviews that the staff could be more engaged. I don’t find them rude, just sort of remote.

After 5 coffee shop stops in Santa Fe this is the best cappuccino so far. It depends when you stop in you could get stuck in a long line that doesn’t move with only 1 barista and 1 other employee at the register.

Forget the naysayers… this place is for serious coffee drinkers. Opens at 7am before the caffeine headache sets in. Try the Beebe… smooth as silk yet jacked up strong. They offer organic coffee too.

I had one of the best cappuccino’s of my life here. My man got the aged Indonesia pour over… Also excellent. The bean selection was great. Downsides: the service was hurried and disinterested and the bakery/snack selection was uninspired.

Great atmosphere. Perfect location. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Attractive interior. Delicious cold brew. A real gem of an addition to this part of Santa Fe. Want to try more of their coffees in future. Bravo. Excellent prices too.

Love this place! Took home 5 lbs of coffee and they were so I helpful letting us know which coffee to pick up. They gave me the complimentary cup with purchase of a pound of coffee and let me taste the other type just so I could experience it. I appreciated their interest in letting me try different types and will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Has kind of a enya, mellow soothing music, pour water over yourself, rub smooth black rocks on your back feel to it… Yes indeed. I am a coffee snob, and needed a good cup. We were staying at the Santa Fe Motel & Inn which was right across the street and I used my Unilocal app to find coffee shops, filter current location. I had a large cup of the organic and it was delish. Yeahhhhh, yeaaahhhhhh. Big time, big time.

Great coffee, super yummy lattes with perfect foam. Most of the staff is friendly and nice, honestly not sure why there are bad reviews. They have lots of cool mugs and other cool coffee stuff to buy. I always buy my coffee beans for home from here as well.

Can’t understand the negative reviews. We were in Santa Fe for a long weekend and visited Ohori’s every morning. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Plus their coffee is great and inexpensive. Must try an iced coffee with a shot of vanilla bean syrup! Yum.

Wow! Ohori’s you do a mocha right! The last time I had a mocha there was last year and it wasn’t too good. What a rich chocolate flavor with just the right amount of espresso. Whatever you are doing there don’t change.

Great latte, reasonable pricing, and had one of the best donuts I’ve ever eaten! The baristas were friendly, too. Only taking a star away because the atmosphere and seating are lacking – no comfy chairs and only four tables inside. The clientele is full of suits and students, so it doesn’t quite have that old Aztec Café ambience. Still, I’d come back for the solid coffee and free parking.

Latte milk was super burnt. Espresso was over-extracted. Go to betterday if you want the real deal(cortado, Gibraltar, macchiato, etc).

In the high-priced city of Santa Fe, this café deserves props for the reasonable prices; no cup of coffee is over $ 4! Starshmucks should take note. Or better yet, you, educated consumer should take note. Better coffee(ie. stronger, tastier, and in many more varieties) is what we purportedly want, right? Well, get it here! Any coffee is available in bulk by the pound or half pound and if you really want to geek out they’ve got every percolator, press and machine one can imagine for sale to brew up the black gold. There are even some tea-making products, as well as assortments of chocolates, coffee mugs, jerky, cookies and a few pastry and muffin options(and the obligatory breakfast burrito; we’re still in New Mexico, am I right?). Anyhow, I’ll just reiterate that I’m a fan of this place and can vouch for the moka java pour-over coffee, delicious straight up, the mocha, and the chai. I’ll soon breakdown and buy some bulk coffee, although the prices are a bit higher than supermarket prices, because the quality is superb and you’ll find some unique beans here.

An awesome hidden germ of Santa Fe in a nice, contemporary, warm, welcoming coffee shop. Greeted with the awesome elevated aroma of coffee. It was out of this world, their Café Au Lait was legit!
