Awesome! Love this place and the owner. Incredible products and a great education. Go! Viper(Trinidadian hot pepper) salt, fantastic balsamics of all ages, and more. We stumbled across it by accident and will most definitely return for ourselves and great gifts for family and friends.

From Saigon Cinnamon powder all the way to the extremely rare Danish Viking Smoke Salt to 5, 10, 15, 25, 50 years aged Balsamic Vinegar, some of which are imported all the way from Italy-the land of finest grapes, olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Here you will find rare salts, rare cooking/baking ingredients/spices and unique oils that you might not be able to find anywhere else in New Mexico, left alone Santa Fe or ABQ. This store is conveniently located in a new, contemporary and elegant shopping center of Santa Fe. Right by where Talin is and only a block away from the plaza. The owner-Frank was super friendly, passionate and knowledgable, he gave me a tour of his cozy, comfy yet very clean and upscale shop. He knows the story behind each of the item in his store, where they came from and how they were made, it was like telling the stories of his children. He told me that some of these not only have nutritional values but also possess medicinal effects, help restore homeostasis-balance of the body, calm you down and some can even suppress or elevate your taste buds-oh and I would trust him on this, I believe he has been a clinical scientist who does real clinical stuff for longer than Ive been on earth. Come in and give them a chance to spice up your plain day with some of the most rare spices, or to sweeten your less than desirable week with their special Maine Maple Syrup-it was legit, this is the real stuff! You see the whole point of traveling the world is to find, to experience and to taste rare, unique and awesome tastes. Here Frank does it all for you, you just need to come in and enjoy what this store has to offer. He doesn’t sale products, but he presents his hobby, his dream and his hope. I know parking might be pain the behind close to the Plaza/downtown area, but they have their private lot here so no worries! Caution: mind-blowing expereicne might occur at this one of a kind, hidden gem of New Mexico. Disclaimer: I do not own this place lol.
