Starbucks

I like this location because there’s plenty of parking, good seating and quick service.
This is our typical stop before getting on the freeway and sometimes I meet a friend here to work on stuff. The employees are great and on weekend mornings, the customers are all regulars and know everyone going in and out. Gives you a real small town feel when you come here. I haven’t been through the drive thru so I don’t know what that experience is like but the inside service is great. Love the community table because it has power and you can power up your laptop while you work.

I come here a lot with my boyfriend since we both live near this Starbucks, we both work very close to this Starbucks, and of course we love Starbucks! I prefer to go to this one than to the one off Soledad due to the drive through they have here. Also the staff is super friendly to us. I once order a drink I’ve never tried that the barista recommended to me (while I was in the drive through) and when I drove up to pay and to get my drink she handed it to me and told me to try it and if I didn’t like it that I could receive a different drink for free. She was very nice and super sweet, and she offered me a free drink if I didn’t like the one she recommended to me, now that’s great customer service. Her name was Bree. Austin is also really nice, he knows my order and it makes you feel like home when a barista does that. (Even tho it probably just means that you go to Starbucks too much. Lol). One time when I went to the Starbucks off of Sierra Hwy and I order my Iced green tea latte with soy milk, always. Not because I’m allergic to dairy but because it’s a personal preference and personally it taste better with soy milk than regular milk. Anyways so they used regular milk instead of soy milk when I had ordered it with soy milk. I really didn’t like that they did that because God forbid that I’m allergic to dairy (which I’m not) then that could of ended really bad with me in the ER.

I am not a big fan of their coffee. I feel like they just do it because they have to, which is why most of the time their coffee is awful. But overall is just an OKAY place to go.

My life would not be the same without my Starbucks. Everyone is always friendly and helpful

This is the best Starbucks in SCV in my personal opinion, I always go here on my way to work. They’re always fast, and they never mess up my drinks. Highly recommended!

Your average Starbucks mediocrity with regards to service and coffee. If you want it slow come to Starbucks If you want Service and quality product you may want to go crosstown to Coffee and Tea Leaf. This Starbucks is just not up to the challenge, and we were there at a slow time with only a few other customers in the store.

My mom and I literally go to Starbucks like everyday, and I’m not sure what it is but our drinks always come out the best here! The employees are always so nice especially Austin! He memorized our drinks, greets us well, and is always super friendly. Thanks for being the

Gotta love all the workers here! I get my coffee and my refills often and they are all so great and unbelievably Fast! It’s so busy sometimes but they do their job perfectly

I don’t come as often anymore but this store still rocks! Alec and Bree were friendly as always and made a delicious iced latte. I will be sad when I’m done with it :(haha. Btw what happened to that one cute barista. I think her name was Adrienne… Bring her back!

What else is there to say? It is a nice and clean Starbuck’s. Only thing is, super crowded with laptop people.

Every morning 6am this Starbucks is out of Blonde. How is that possible??? and no I don’t want to wait fir more to brew. What a joke.

I just love most of the STARBUCKS here in Santa Clarita.
I love to go on my own, find a chair and read a book.
I have two wishes but still give them 5 stars. Have dark roast available at noon or 1 pm. And the other, bring back more arm chairs. I don’t want to sit at a table to read my book. (I do it anyway)

This Starbucks is always on point, they are quick, kind and correct. I sometimes go out of m way just to come here and enjoy their coffee!

Honestly, I’m not a fan of any Starbucks. Overpriced drinks and food and I don’t see what makes it so special. It’s not the best coffee I’ve ever had and I like small coffee shops better. This one is small and the Wi-​Fi is a joke because it’s way to slow while everyone is on it.

Day 1: Strike 1– 5 employees and a long line. Why? Because the staff here has no sense of urgency and takes three minutes to put whipped cream on a frappucino. To make matters worse I had to wait a few minutes extra for a hot coffee which they are supposed to hand to you instantly… Not ideal if you’re pressed on time.
Day 2: The second strike was walking in to the store and waiting three minutes for a cashier to take my order when there’s five employees and no line… I finally placed my order: an iced peppermint mocha with soy milk. I waited several minutes for the drink. Finally the girl finished and I took a sip. Instantly I knew something wasn’t right. Strike 3– the idiot girl put regular milk instead of soy in my drink! She acted very unapologetic about it which is NOT COOL since I’m a vegan. I took alot of offense to how poorly she handled the situation. Starbucks needs to stop hiring careless young adults who probably live at home and are undeserving of a job because it is damaging to their brand.

Starbucks have a system for creating a standard environment.
On this location:
PROS: convenient location near shopping and route to freeway.
Always has a full selection of pastries.
Baristas get through your order pretty quickly.
CONS: There is a lack of connecting with the customers. At the register the greeting was barely average and at the handoff the drink was called out and the barista took off. A thank you or a have a nice day would of been appreciated.

Standard Starbucks — it’s your pleasure to be served by them. Kudos to them though, drinks are almost never wrong and the food is on point.
