I do love myself some Starbucks and this locations employees are my favorite. They always get my drink right… Even though it’s a complicated one… they recognize me when I come in and always ask how I’m doing. They make the effort for an exceptional Starbucks experience every time. :)

In the early morning there are a lot of kids from the middle school and high school that go there so you might have to wait. There is a bathroom, but usually not that clean.
Staff is okay, but not the best that I have seen in local Starbucks.

Stopped by Starbucks to pick up a quick breakfast. All the employees were really friendly. They all worked together and provided quick service. Had a very pleasant experience. I’ll be back!

Barista, while chatting with her coworker, asks, ‘Can I help you?’ A long pause. I respond, confused: ‘Are you talking to me?’ Barista (a bit annoyed, still not looking at me, glances over): ‘Yes’. Me: ‘Oh, sorry, I couldn’t tell who you were talking to.’ Barista says nothing in return. There are customers inside but there is no customer in line in front of or behind me. So I place my order, she asks for my name. I have to spell it, V-​E-​R-​A, very slowly for her. She still makes no eye contact. I then patiently wait near the pick-​up counter. I see her roughly slam a coffee onto the pickup counter without a word, and no one claims it. Well what do you know?! It’s my coffee, with my name on it.
I don’t know what I did to earn such poor service. I want my dollar tip back. Is customer service truly dead?

Always have a great experience at this place. The drinks are always made just right. And my friend and I can hang out in a clean and confortable environment while we get our coffee fix.
