I always order the veggie pizza it’s crispy cheesey heaven, also don’t 4get to order a salad !! get it with the house dressing, its the best, creamy garlicky, ext!!! The prices are great the quality 5 ***** .

We ordered from them for the first time. We got a medium pizza and buffalo wings. I requested 3 extra ranch dressings. No problem.
Pizza came, and the ranch dressing is sweet. Like really sweet. I have never heard of ranch dressing being sweet. So I called the owner he said «we only carry creamy Italian and regular Italian» ok, but the ranch is sweet. «He says that is the only dressing we carry and we go through 10 gallons per week» I told him that great, but I ordered ranch, he said «we don’t have ranch». I told him I ordered 3 extra ranch and you said no problem, he told me «that is all we carry and we go through 10 gallons per week.» So from what I gather is that they don’t have ranch dressing, and since they sell 10 gallons per week there is no need to tell people it is not ranch. Instead, they have creamy Italian and it tastes kinda like cake frosting mixed with ranch dressing, that is fine if that is what you want, but I wanted ranch (which they charged me extra for). In my opinion, buffalo wings don’t taste good in this sweet cream Italian.

My family usually loves Guido’s Pizza, we have been ordering from them for years. Tonight was some of the WORST service I have ever come across. We ordered our usual loves of salad and pepperoni pizza, then had requested meat ravioli. The conversation went as usual they did state that the delivery would be up to an hour, completely understandable considering its a rainy Monday night. Here is where it all went downhill: When the delivery staff member arrived the food was pulled from a «hot bag» in the BED of his pick up truck. As we are unpacking our food we noticed that they provided the incorrect dressing for the salad, the pizza was luke warm at best and the ravioli was cheese not meat as we requested. When we called to calmly address the issue at hand the woman on the phone argued with me and stated that she «told you it was going to be an hour, so I cannot guarantee how hot the food will be» and then stated that she’s «never had meat ravioli». We stated that we were never informed about the cheese only ravioli and the female employee stated «you never told me you wanted meat!»
The argument and attitude received from the employee was completely inappropriate, and unprofessional. We didn’t even receive an apology! Sad to say they lost some loyal customers this evening :(

Excellent pizza, very consistent every time. They deliver usually within 30 min or less.
One of my favorites; Italian sausage, pepperoni and onions, thin crust a little on the well side.
My kids love their marguerite pizza, thin crust a little on the well side.
They have a whole lot more, but I stick to the pizzas! Perfect every time, decent prices, fast delivery. What more can you ask from your local pizza place!!!

Great pizza at a great price. I love their 2 large one topping pizza with a 2-​liter drink deal for about $ 20. It is our family’s go-​to pizza place!

First time at guidos. This is how all pizza should taste. Everything is handmade with fresh ingredients. I could taste the fresh herbs like garlic and oregano. It was fast and very reasonable in price. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon.

Typical order in place. Their pizza is good and so is the salad and chicken fingers. I tried the meatballs but I didn’t really like them. Still like this place though I think it’s the best pizza for the best price. Also, the ranch is soooo good!

We had a great experience ordering Guido’s Pizza for delivery at a splatmaster birthday party for 3^rd graders and their parents. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders and salad. Parents and kids all enjoyed the food. I heard people saying how good the salad dressing was. I was surprised to see the picky eater birthday boy gobble up pizza and chicken tenders at the party and again after we returned home. Normally, I wouldn’t have bothered taking home the leftovers, but I did and we ate it because it tasted good.
The service was also good. I ordered a day in advance, received a confirming phone call from Guido’s on the day of the party, and received the food on time, delicious and hot. I was worried about ordering from an unknown place for all those kids, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

Don’t order delivery! I can’t believe how unprofessionally this place treats its customers.
Placed an order on Grubhub for delivery at 9:30pm, with a delivery time of ~10:30pm. We waited an entire hour, only for Guido’s to CANCEL the order at 10:32pm, AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. Are you kidding me? You don’t even respect my time enough to give me a chance to order from somewhere else? My family was hungry and you made us wait a whole hour for absolutely no reason.
Oh, and the best part? Guido’s didn’t have the decency to call me to let me know my order was being canceled. They just canceled it via the GH app, and I didn’t hear a word from them. I think when you cancel an order after it was supposed to be delivered, the very least you can do is make up some excuse and offer to make it up to someone who might have ended up being a repeat customer.

Wow!!! Best pizza delivery by far. They took shorter amount of time then expected. Pizza was sooooo hot and fresh. My veggies were so fresh and the thin crust was delicious. I ordered a medium with black Olives, mushrooms and jalapeños. I originally told guido on the phone that I was only ordering from them because of the cat in their photo. NOW, I’m ordering from them again because their pizza is BOMB!!!

Well this was the third time for us and I think will be the last. Pizza is like cardboard thin and has no taste at all. The antipasto has rolled up bologna hardly any cheese and a half a slice of tomato. This was not what we were expecting. The only reason we ordered here was because our daughter doesn’t like Vincenzo’s. We will stick with Vincenzo’s and she can have little Caesars!

First of all NO bathrooms. Cooks don’t use gloves. There was so much grease on the pizza I could’ve used 1 slice to fix all the squeaky doors in my house. Back to the bathroom… Guy said it was upstairs. Never found it. Door was locked. Don’t plan on eating inside– they have 1 TABLE. I was so pissed about the bathroom I kicked a cement trash can in my anger. Had to drive down to a gas station to eat and use the facilities. My wife made this choice because it had one $. After our major fight, I ended up eating about 9 slices of the large pepperoni we had. Tasted worse than Digorno’s. We finished the whole pizza, but we were starving and it was an emergency situation. Lessons learned: 1. Don’t ever eat here again 2. Don’t let your wife make food choices. 3. If a slice of pizza would be used better as WD-​40-​STAY AWAY!

We probably order from this place at least once every two weeks. I love the cheesy garlic bread!
Fast, tasty, and not a bad price

We ordered pizza from this place once only because of the high ratings on Unilocal.I’m sorry but I can only deduce that anyone who eats here by choice lacks basic standards for even mediocre food. We ordered simple basic pepperoni pizza because it would seem difficult to screw up… they managed.
This was easily THE greasiest, soggiest, grossest pizza either one of us has ever received. We each ate one piece, tried to dab the grease off of another piece and threw the rest away. We both got sick from the pizza, literally. It was really THAT bad. Ugh, gross!

Some people like making pizza, I’m guessing people at this Guido’s don’t. Aside from getting diarrhea the food and wings were awful. I guess you get what you pay for.
I used to eat guidos at the sylmar location but clearly this is not the same owner. These guys should be banned from the franchise.

Guido’s has some of the best pizza out there. It’s seriously to die for and a must try place.

Just moved to the area– great food and decent prices. They are more than the usual dominos, Pizza Hut, etc– but you get what you pay for.
Quality food, average delivery times, and their coupon family meals are great!
Will be a repeat customer now that I’m in the area :)

Pizza is great. Highly recommend their pizza.
I can’t recommend their pasta dish with meat sauce… It was small and lacks flavor.
Online menu is a little bit if a bait and switch. The pasta dinners list salad and bread included, but the salads are NOT included.
I will continues to get pizza from them.
