There was a pubic hair underneath the pizza I ordered for take-out last night. I will not buy pizza from this place ever again.

My family ordered pizza tonight, we’ve ordered from here many many times over the last 20 years. We’ve never had much of an issue until tonight. We were told our wait was 45 minutes. Over an hour later we called to find out why our pizza didn’t come.(We live not even a mile away) They said they got our street name wrong and didn’t know where to deliver. No one thought to call? There is a reason they have a phone number for the order. We called back again because we were frustrated, and didn’t understand why they wouldn’t just call if they had the street name wrong. They offered a $ 10 credit on our next order, which isn’t much considering it cost 5 times that just for 2 large pizzas. Another 10 minutes go by and the pizza shows up cold. Just too expensive to be treated that way and have 2COLD pizzas delivered. Totally disappointed, I don’t even want to know how long they sat before they finally got delivered.

There customer service is horrible. They have a pizza of the week for 22 $. I called to order this and asked for them to not add one of the toppings because I was allergic to olives. Then I was told then I could order just the same pizza with pepperoni only but would have to pay 28 $ for it instead. That sounds like they discriminate against people with food allergies. I was only asking them not to add a ingredient, and they want to charge 6 $ more, what a deal lol

The owner responded, quite a while ago, apologized & requested I try them again. I have several times & the people taking phone orders have been extremely polite & pleasant. The pizza has always been very good. Delivery has been on time & prompt. Definitely would recommend.

Great pizza. I ate too much though because it just tasted too good. I ordered one pepperoni sausage and one pepperoni mushroom pizza. The slices were large. The crust was fresh and crusty on the outside but chewy on the inside — just perfect!

Just wanted to share how friendly and accommodating the young adults who work at Vincenzo’s are. They are great. We have gone a few times to watch NFL games and they always put the game we want on. The food is good and served fast. Great beer selections. Surprised more NFL fans don’t go there on Sundays. I highly recommend the place. Again, the workers are the best.

The pizza is good but way overpriced. I wish they offered a thin crust alternative. I do like the draft beer choices and the pizza. Also a very good place to watch games during football season.

Awesome food and the pizza is the absolute best in town! Lots of interior changes in the past year. The staff is also top notch. I look forward to my next visit.

Good pizza but pricey! You can expect to pay almost $ 30 for a large 1 topping pizza and 2 sodas. I only eat here once or twice a year for that reason.

Ordered pizza on Friday and we definitely had lots of pizza left over to feed us a week! We ordered a large supreme and a small pepperoni . Our pizza was fully loading with toppings! I had to cut the pizza into smaller pieces because they are extremely big!

The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE. The counter person acts like you are bothering her when you place your order. Pizza was below average. The attitude and professionalism of the staff is deplorable. STAYAWAY from this place.

Been a customer for about 14 years and all of a sudden they want to charge me for ranch ??? They have no customer loyalty and could care less how long we have been supporting them. It’s very ridiculous how I could spend 60 dollars in pizza and they can’t throw a extra couple of ranch on the side ?? Not going to give them my money no more …

I was turned on to Vincenzo’s(original location) many years ago while returning from a job north of Valencia. Loved the fact that I could have a beer, eat peanuts and throw the shells on the floor. That was just the start. The pizza is probably on of the best I have had and that goes for he newer location as well. «Different owner — Same crust» the man said behind the counter and he wasn’t kidding. I was able to turn my 22 year old onto this great and tasty establishment. Anytime I’m up in that area this is definitely my go to regardless if it’s 20 minutes on a side trip or not. Highly recommend and keep up the good work!

It was New Year’s eve, the champagne had been opened early, and I was already beginning to feel it’s bubbly effects. So, I decided that walking to dinner would be best. Schoolteacher informed me my local options were Pizza, Thai, Indian or Mexican, and I opted for Pizza. Pizza is always good, so I chose Pizza for dinner. A short stroll later, Schoolteacher and I arrived at Vincenzo’s Pizza. The place was quite empty. Schoolteacher and I had the whole place to ourselves as we entered. A lady leaned on the counter, busy working on something. When she saw us, she straightened herself up and asked for our order. I had been given instructions, and I relayed them. ‘I’d like a medium Pepperoni Pizza please.’ She inquired if we’d like the special, and pointed to the nearby board that had ‘Mushroom & Sausage Medium for $ 20′ written on it. I shook my head, and just opted for the one Pizza, plus a pair of beverages. BAM! Thirty dollars for a medium one topping pizza and two beverages. That’s kinda steep… dontcha think? The special was only $ 20! What gives? This better be some damn tasty Pizza. Bewildered, I took the number and cups back to Schoolteacher, who had acquired one of the several empty tables. The place had peanuts on several tables, and peanut shells all over the floor. I guess it’s one of those places. There were peanuts at some tables, and peanuts absent from some tables. We happened to sit at a no-peanuts table. I was okay without them, but pick one way or the other folks. Keep it uniform. It was at this point my bladder started vying for my attention. I acknowledged it’s presence and decided to work to empty it. I looked for the bathroom and found it easily. I opened the door and was quickly greeted by an unpleasant aroma as I crossed the threshold. Upon entry, I also noticed that for an eatery, the toilet was quite filthy. I did my best to not touch anything without a paper towel, quickly relieved myself and washed my hands before leaving. This bathroom was definitely not as clean as I’d come to expect from restaurants. At that point the Pizza had arrived. To be honest, it didn’t look all that spectacular. I took a slice and gave it a shot, it was just within ok levels. Honestly, I’ve had far less expensive pizzas taste far superior to this one. A basketball game played on a TV above us, we watched it as we ate & discussed our lives. After a slice or two, I was quite full, and we went back for a box to take the remainder home. A box was given, we packed up our pizza and exited the place. I’d been intrigued by this place ever since having seen it several months ago. I was glad I’d given it a shot, but a good portion of my brain really wished I had said ’ Let’s get Mexican’ when given the option several hours back. Oh well, now I know better.

My friends have been gracious enough to share this pizza with me whenever they bring some to work. And everytime I’ve had it its been great. I finally went to lunch with my friends to try it fresh at the reataurant and it was even better than expected. The pizza was huge, super cheesey, loaded with toppings, and covered with a slightly tangy red sauce. Which is the type of red sauce I really enjoy. Its quickly become one of my favorite pizzas in the Santa Clarita area.
