YIKES! That’s all I can really say about this location. There was no functionality or real leadership. There were multiple orders(including mine) that were placed online WELL in advance that were not ready in the time that was requested and posted(again including mine). After I paid for my order, they then somehow LOST the order request? How is that even possible?! When the cashier tried to make it right by resubmitting my order and having it put in front of the other orders(I have been waiting 30mins longer than my preorder expected time at this point) the cook clearly said to her«NO! You can’t put his order ahead, he has to wait like everyone else» she explained to him the situation and again his response was«that’s too bad, not my problem he has to wait. Sucks for them…» It wasn’t until the manager came back that he started my order(which she left to get a catsup pump). There was no empathy. No attempt to make my wait easier. AND on top of all of that. The flavors were wrong. I truly hope that someone at corporate sees this review because someone really needs to go in there and correct the status of this place. VERYDISAPPOINTED.

After a long, my buddies and I looked on Unilocal and found an open wingstop nearby. We arrived at el camino because they said they were open till midnight but we got there and it was 11:12 pm but all the lights were off. What kind of customer service is this?

Holy mother of bad wing experiences. This is a tale of why you should always read Unilocal reviews prior to walking into a new place. So here I was… looking at a great condo that I was about to rent. I loved it, the kids loved it… The damn dog even loved it. The traffic in the area sucked big time. How bad is «big time!.» you ask. Well, it wasnt anywhere close to as bad as the service and wings at this wingstop. I hope you’ve read all the other reviews. This place sucks. Outside of a few outliers, ALL the reviews said this place had the worst service ever. Had I read that, I would have known. I would have known and steered clear of this place. I wonder if the sushi place across the street is any better? WAIT. A kick to the groin from an angry goat followed by a stripper digging her 7 inch crystal clear heels into your sack would have been better. It sucked that bad. At least the stripper would be covered in guilt and shame. Something fun to watch… and you’d be supporting a single mother trying to put herself through med school. What did I order you ask? Did I order 2000 wings in all the flavors and with gluten free unicorn horn powdered on top? No… No I did not. What I did order was: 1 order of 10 pieces with a single sauce flavoring. 1 order of 6 pieces with NO flavoring — Meaning. All they had to do was throw some frozen wings into oil and fry those mutha’s up. Not hard! Right? 1 order of 6 pieces in 1 sauce. 3 orders of fries. We didnt even order any extra sauces. We all know how hard it is to pump some sauce from a fifty gallon drum into a single service cup. YUP! Very difficult! How many people were in the restaurant(sic) you may ask. Was the whole defensive line of the raiders, and the niners in at the same time… Were they have a brawl. Was the restaurant so packed that it was a danger to cook and work with boiling oil. Alas, the answer is NO! There were less than a dozen people. Half of which were already eating. It worries me how long they had to wait for their wings. After 30 minutes. Yes. Thirty minutes of waiting. The same amount of time that the french laundry makes you wait for an $ 800 per plate, 12 course dinner, I decided to ask WTF? Really. WTF? Where are my wings. Fifteen minutes later… maybe i’m exaggerating. 10 minutes later… For a grand total of 40 minutes. Our wings came out. So at 40 minutes of waiting… I really was expecting these wings to be better than unicorn veal. Better than winning that damn 1.5B dollar Powerball jackpot. Which I didnt BTW. What we got instead was: Wings so mediocre that they stood up to the test of NOTHING. It was bland. It was just… just… a few pieces of fried chicken with some crappy sauce. Some of them were luke warm(like my general disposition towards wingstop) and none of them were amazing. The lemon pepper had no lemon or pepper flavor. I could have done it better with a dirty wedge from the soda machine and a McDonalds pepper packet. The teriyake… ordered by my French Laundry loving 7 year old daughter(I kid you not. Actually I do) was so bad that she refused to eat them. They tasted like splenda and, again, a McDonalds nugget dip sauce mixed… mixed quite poorly. Actually forget that. The McDonalds sauces are better. I’ll order those again. WingStop wings. NOTSOFREAKINGMUCH!!! Garlic Parmesan. YOUHAVEGOTTOBEKIDDING! So… I guess Im glad that I didnt get that condo. Knowing this wingstop was a 4 minute walk away would have infuriated me to the point of doing something illegal. The kids and dog would have been left to fend for themselves. I recommend the sushi place across the street. I didnt eat there, but nothing can be worse than this wingstop.

Absolutely terrible wings super oily, with no flavor, then manager yelling at employees, on top of that the soda machine was out of co2 and no one care! Dont know why is still open this location!!! Do youself a favor and dont buy from here!!!

Like everyone else, waited for ever to get order. When it did come out, it was cold. The lady running cash register seems to be the only one who acts like she cares. Three cooks in back acted like they could care less. It is easy to tell by the way they prepare the food any hope of cleanliness is out of the question.

I’ve been here 4 times total before writing this and 3 out of 4 times my order has taken at LEAST40 mins WITH online order and walk in! It’s always different people working and the cooks always seem to look miserable with no sense of urgency and the cashier is usually trying their best! Wouldn’t ever come here if my kids didn’t bug for wing stop ALL the time!

6pm: ordered online 6:30pm: pickup time as specified in the email, come exactly at 6:30pm and have to wait in line for 30 mins to pay(the cashier keep answering the phone without prioritizing the queue) 7:00pm: been told that the order is not going thru and have to order again, and been asked to wait another 30 mins, what the hell? avoid this wingstop at all cost as the cashier is very unprofesional and their online system is always broken(4 out of 5 times broken)

I don’t know where to start with this place, I guess I’ll start with the staff. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. They mess around in the back and you can hear them cussing and talking about girls and the last time they chilled. It’s cool if you want to talk about that but do it somewhere else, not when you’re working and my kids are there. The last few times I’ve been there, the chicken has been almost miniature compared to other wingstops. That’s not that’s staffs fault though, that’s the owner/management fault and the fact they hire employees like that doesn’t surprise me that they skimp out on the quality of chicken. They obviously are not worried about customer service. They take their precious time with the orders as well. Orders that normally take 15 – 20 take 30 – 45 minutes since they waste time flirting with customers and talking to each other. Stay away from this place if you can. Unless you’re really desperate for chicken wings and don’t mind terrible times and service.

I had to wait 40+ minutes for a single order of 7 chicken tenders… which is total bull because my friend who ordered his chicken wings AFTER me received his order 30 minutes before mine. My friend felt bad so he asked the worker in the front about the status of my chicken tenders. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes… 10MINUTES?! FFS all u need to do is take 7 pieces of frozen chicken out of the freezer and deep fry it… It’s not rocket science. Nevertheless I waited and waited. Eventually I got fed up and went over to ask the cashier for a second time to speed up my order. She gave zero fks~ and said it will be ready soon without actually checking up on anything… Back of the kitchen looked dysfunctional. 3 employees went on breaks during peak business hours(their uniforms looked filthy) I saw 2 other workers playing with their phones while 5 other disgruntled customers along with me stood and watched them do nothing. Whoever is managing this place must go by the name of MIA because management is NONEXISTENT here. Wingstop, I know you can do better. Please do the community a favor and save your franchise by training the staff better.

Very sad for a franchise like this one. I thought of Wingstop being a bit better; however, clearly that wasn’t the case — at least for this location. We waited 30 min for our food(10 pc combo with 2 flavors). When finally got it, I checked to see we had the right order. I guess I should have looked closer because one half of the wings order had very little flavoring and the other had absolutely nothing on it! Very disappointed. Hopefully this was a rare hiccup.

Did not have a good experience here today. First of all I ordered lemon pepper fries and they forget to make them lemon pepper. I went back and asked them to make them lemon pepper and then reluctantly they said they would. I saw through the window two of the employees(girl and guy) eat one of the fries out of the container before letting us know they were ready. I took the fries and sat back down and then I noticed they were cold. I went back to them and told them my fries were cold. They said«really bro?» And stared at me as if I was crazy. They heated the fries until they were drenched in oil. Overall I had a bad experience today and I’m disappointed because I feel like my girlfriend wasted her money buying us our meal. Not coming back to this location again.

Going down in flames faster than you can say Habanero!!! We were actually here yesterday(9−12−15) with the whole family and enjoyed our meal because my hubby actually got to order his favorite wings which are the Serrano(as the cashier said«You have to know someone»). So of course hubby has his craving for the Serrano & The Spicy Korean(9−13−15) this time called in because it’s 8:30pm and the baby was sleeping, was given a 15 – 20 minute pick up time. I get dressed and head down there. Mind you we live near the University so I sort of take my time to get there. I arrive 2 people ahead of me, parking lot empty. Tell cashier here for a pick up and pay, get my sodas and sit in waiting area. Long story short 40 minutes later we all are still waiting for the wings. Finally couple got theirs, guy in front of me gets his, yes I’m next, NOPE! Person behind me gets her food! WTH text hubby«Still here waiting» he calls, as he’s talking to one of the managers the cashier ask what name I’m waiting under, I tell her and oh look there’s my order. As I walk out and pass the manager telling hubby«Duh I don’t know, let me check, oh no, blah blah blah!!! This place is RIDICULOUS!!! Almost an hour for some tiny ass chicken wings??? Come on now. Well guess what Wingstop El Camino nah I’m cool with you!!! Guess I’ll travel to Coleman. Hopefully I get a reply from a knowledgeable manager so I can get my money back! Oh forgot to mention got home and the order was WRONG! Remember I said hubby loves Serrano and ordered just for those. Yeah well they weren’t in there!!!

I’m not really a fan of wings, but my husband is. Dropped in to get him some from here. Got the 8 piece special, which comes with seasoned fries and a drink: $ 10. I liked the fries, they were sort of sweet and a little spicy. Daughter definitely wasn’t a fan. The boneless white meat wings are small, but he really, really liked them. The staff is really hard working. I appreciate the pace that they were able to keep –it was a constant flow of phone calls and walk-in customers. It seems like they have a lot of regulars –people coming in who had ordered from them before. The seating area is adequate, but small. Tables are small, so large parties of people will have a hard time finding a seat if the dining area is busy. Parking is competitive w/the other businesses in this tiny strip mall but I had no problem finding a spot. Given that this is a «stop», people don’t tend to stay long.
