Domino’s Pizza

This dude on the phone kept calling me sir and I told him like 8 DAMN times that «I am not a sir I am transgendered» THR MORON TOTALLY ignored me or just didn’t give a CRAP or was maybe just that dumb GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT! Y’all lost me as a customer forever!
Haha I guess I should have expected less from a cheap ass pizza place right?

we ordered last week (12÷12÷15) and the pizza was not cooked all the way as well as no cheese on half of the pizza. than we ordered wings and the were raw. so called and after getting hung up on twice and on hold for 3o minutes, got a hold of someone and manager was gonna be back in 30 minutes than was told no manager there. explained everything and get credit whole order. than today 12÷20÷15 called to get my free order and said it 3 times I wanted my pizza and wings well done. got order and wings were still raw and pizza was not well done. it was still raw looking. how hard is it to listen to the customer. this is why I order from round table. at least at round table the wings are cooked all the way as well as the pizza. also at round table they listen to the customer. I thought I would change and try Dominos and big and I mean big mistake. I will never do that again.

This place is great. They once forgot some items from a large order I placed. I honestly didn’t even notice. A month later I placed an order online and the store called me to bring the prior mistake to my attention and say they’d get me the new order free by voiding the transaction to make up for their prior mistake a month earlier. They must’ve noted it in their system back when it happened.
Also the delivery people always get to my door with no hassles to me (unlike most other delivery services, due to my location).

I’m only giving this place one star due to Hamid the manager and him actually having decent customer service. I ordered 4 pizzas and two orders of wings online and waited two hours! I tracked my order and it said the driver left an hour before I tracked it and funny thing is I live exactly 6 mins from the pizza spot! I called and a Chinese guy answered the phone who was absolutely so rude! Talked over me, tried hanging up before I was done, told me «well too bad we are busy» I then went from trying to be nice to extremely pissed! I had a house full of hungry people and children! $ 40 worth of pizza should not come with rude people!!!
I then spoke with Hamid who charged me only half off and apologized. He was very nice and felt bad.
Our pizza then arrived cold, so greasy and tasted awful.
Never again will I order here when there are a million pizza joints in the area!
But thank you Hamid for actually being a good manager and employee.

If it was possible to give a lower rating, I would.
We are new to the area so I called to check if they can deliver — the guy who answered the phone says — yes we do! So I tell him I’ll check with my family and call back immediately .
When I call up next to actually place my order, the next guy says — previous guy was new. So probably didn’t know. Since you’re out of our delivery area, you’ll have to have to a minimum of $ 30. So I say ok, let me look at the menu and bump up my order.
When I call a 3^rd time with my final order, a 3^rd guy says the previous guys shift ended and has left. And that they won’t deliver. The previous guy was new and gave me wrong information.
I was shocked at the stupidity of it. Hard to believe that different guys in different shifts give out inconsistent information AND follow different policies. It’s just frustrating. Not calling this one back ever!

Very tasty… Quick order delivery… Staff are helpful… Clean premises but just pick up center, no dine in facility

Poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and they always mess up my orders and mug me in the parking lot

This place rules. I order pizza twice a month! Always delicious. They never ever mess up my order. NEVER! Always delivered on time! I just ordered 2 pies, chicken and feta spinach bread ;-)

Worst custmor service people here do not care about you or your order and if they make a mistake they actually show attitude bunch of as holz here do not come to this place

Great pizza and excellent service. I called the day before and asked if I could have 7 cheese pizzas ready for my son’s 5^th birthday at preschool to be picked up by 10:45 am since they open at 10:30 am. They said it would not be a problem. Everything went well and they even helped me carry the pizzas to my car.
This was the second year I used them for my son’s birthday and last year went smoothly as well. Love this place.

Preheat your oven when you order delivery. Order this dominos probably every other week (only pizza place other than Pizza Hut that delivers to my address) and literally every time my pizza is under cooked and soggy. I’ve called them upon delivery multiple times and they’re just like «sorry boutcha».
Other than undercooked/​soggy pizza everything else is usually pretty good.

Terrible customer service, clueless employees, and short tempered manager.
After placing my order, I waited over an hour for my food. I called back and was told that my pizza could not be delivered to my hotel because of a road block. Why did I receive a confirmation that I could not receive my order after an hour? And why was I told this after I called myself?
So I pulled the manager on the line, and in a brief altercation, he stubbornly declared that there was no way my order could be carried through because his drivers could not get past the road blocks. He also said he had no time to handle my business and that if I were to call back, I would be hung up on. Haha, I guess nasty managers don’t like to deal with unsatisfied customers.
The funny thing was, I saw a delivery guy in my hotel hallway. He told me that he was able to get past the road block, which completely contradicted the impatient manager’s words.
Naturally, I ended up not receiving my order.
If you could, please avoid this store because of the horrible service.

Pizza is good. they never mess up the order (i guess never say never.) but so far my experience has been great. I like thier thin crust pizzas.
Service is ok.
Reason for 4 star is the customer service. Person taking the order was upset for some reason and kind of rude.
Pizza is good at reasonable price.

They are always prompt when it comes to delivery and my food has always been made perfectly. No complaints thus far and I have been ordering from this location for about a year now.

Hands down the tastiest pizza on the planet! We always order a late night barbecue bacon pizza with a light drizzle of hot sauce (mmm mmm yum) and Hamid and Farid always get it right! We’re sure to let them know on the website about their amazing dish and they never cease to amaze. Dominos is really gaining quality over the years and now they’re better than ever!
Meanwhile Pizza Hut’s pizza is a greasy mess and their delivery is God awful.

The tracker is not accurate at all. I just called the store because it showed me that my pizza was delivered in the tracker, when I called what I hear is «oh, yea we still have to fix the tracker to the system» And I was told it’ll take another 30 – 40 minutes (I already called 20 mins after order) so in total 60 mins and there wasn’t even a courtesy call or message given that pizza will be late. I found out because I called as it showed on the tracker that pizza was delivered.
I’d recommend to go another nearby store and avoid this one.

This Domino’s is super close to our home, and its always our choice for no-​one-​wants-​to-​cook-​itis and Pizza delivery!
We order the same thing every time online, 1 medium bbq chicken & bacon, 1 medium white sauce sausage and pepperoni, and 1 medium roasted red pepper and salami with Sprite. The pizza is always cooked well, with a good amount of each ingredient.
I love the little tracker they use, and its always accurate for me!
Hamid (or so the tracker says) works very quickly and makes a great pizza!
The delivery person is always at my house within 30 minutes, 40 at the longest!
I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Just got 2 garlic bread sticks at artisan flat bread from this store.
1) Garlic Bread — Can’t even call it garlic bread. It was just bread with no garlic and lot of oil.
2) Artisan Flat Bread — They claim its filled with spinach, onions and cheese. They forgot to mention it also comes with a «A LOT OF OIL». Apart from that almost no spinach and cant see onion in there. Not cooked properly.
Not eating at Dominos again.

I been coming here for over 10years, I love the Service I get and that it’s been the same owners:) very good pizza & fresh!

So, I had taken about a 15 year hiatus from Dominos, primarily because there was one right next to my house growing up, and we had it by default many nights.
I have to say that this Dominos on Cabrillo is actually pretty good. The company has made some improvements over the last several years, and I think it shows.
I still wouldn’t recommend getting anything except pizza. The rest of the menu kind of grosses me out. But the medium pizza deal for $ 5.99 is a solid deal if you’re in the mood for pizza, don’t want the $ 5 Little Caesars, and don’t want to splurge on the specialty pizza spots in the area.
