Subway

I came in and the guy at the counter was so rude. He was Hispanic but he really needs to be more polite with people. I’m Hispanic my self but never again will I go to this Subway again. I should have gone to the one I always go to. Subway by target in Santa Clara.

Freshly baked buns and good service. The only disappointment was the lack of sourdough bread.
It would’ve been nicer if the employees hadn’t conversed in Spanish right in front of us, about us. That was annoying.
Nothing to brag about otherwise. Just another subway for delicious and healthy meals.

The food is great what I don’t like is those dam Mexican ladies always close up shop 30 mins before the time posted on the door! On two occasions it has happened the owner should probably inform them that makes the business look bad! They should just update the times!

The place is clean and the cookies are fresh. The service is okay, but it is a subway. If I expected 5 star service, I’m sure it wouldn’t be at a fast food chain. Parking is the biggest problem. Everything else is fine.

I have been to this place a few times and haven’t had a bad experience. But when I see others treated badly I have to speak out. So I went here on Sunday 4-​13-​2014 around 3:30PM. The girl there was helping a man who was ordering two sandwiches. On the second sandwich she started to dress it with veggies and he asked her nicely if she could not add veggie. Then she asked «Why» rudely I might add. Then he went on to explain that his kids don’t like them. (Not that he needed to explain to her) then she started talking about him to her co-​worker in Spanish. (She didn’t realize I understood some Spanish) Then he asked for a couple of cookies and ask if she wouldn’t mind warming them up. She did it, but again, she started talking about him in Spanish complaining how he seems to want things that are not simple. Here is my tip to her, if you don’t like to service customers, don’t be in the customer service industry. Plus he wasn’t being demanding or rude you were!

Inspite of being very busy for lunch they are super fast in making perfect delicious sandwiches

So far this has been the best subways i’ve been to in South Bay. They were quick, weren’t stingy with their spinach when I asked for heavy spinach and overall, very efficient at making a sub. If i’m not in a rush to work, i’ll drive a bit out of my way to this location over the one closer to me just to have a better constructed sandwich!

Good location (although there’s a lot of construction going on in the area).
It seems weird to say that this is a hole in the wall, because it’s literally covered by construction scaffolding and a plywood façade. But if you dare, venture in and order up a sandwich!
No problems here… my mother-​in-​law lives in the area and this is a good place to grab a quick bite.
Parking lot is big, but again, there’s a lot of commotion going on b/​c this shopping center so some might shy away from it.
There’s a Baskin-​Robbins next door. Dessert.

This subway knows what they’re doing. It is always clean, staff are on top of things and they are very efficient. By far best subway i’ve been too. Plenty of parking too

Cons:

I’m a big fan of subway sandwiches and am happy this opened up close to my house. It’s your typical subway quality foods being offered. Service was quick, the food is good, and place is clean.
Parking can be limited in the area since there’s other restaurants in that plaza too, but I’m glad they have three dedicated parking spots for subway guests in front of the restaurant.

Since we have all been to Subways we pretty much know what to expect.
Being brand new this location is crisp and clean. The folks are nice and eager to help you with your selection. They built a fine sandwich.
Great location too.
