Unhappy that they discontinued orange velvet ice tea… But still this place has best snacks ever and the deserts with the free glass is awesome to taste and can be used as a nice whiskey glass later. Indian food lovers — try«curry croquette». Won’t regret!

Cakes are usually a hit or miss. At 6pm, the store still had lots of selections. I love their cakes but depending on the day, type, luck, the cake can sometime be on the drier side, nevertheless, they always have fresh products.

Jenn is absolutely wonderful! Came by to pick up another cake this week and she kindly let me know about happy points and if I had one. I said no but I will sign up for one. She even gave me points for my cake purchase as well. Very sweet. Left the bakery and decided to check out my delicious cake. Notified it didn’t have the special message on it so I walked back in and asked Jenn if by any chance I did have writing or if I forgot to add it and if I could pay for writing. She was so kind and apologetic and told me she will check my cake receipt. Indeed it did have a message and she quickly took it back and wrote a perfect little message! She was so great and had wonderful customer service skills so happy I had her taking care of me! I am fully satisfied with my purchase today and how great she was ! I love their chiffon cakes and I will only come to this location for it ! Thanks Jenn for everything !
I love carbs. I love bread. I love sweets. I love Asian food. I love French food. What is a place that combines all of these? Paris Baguette! This place is adorable from its trendy, modern interior to its blue and white striped cups with cute eyes to its employees wearing berets! I love that they have croissants and other European pastries catered to Asian tastebuds, i.e. less sweet! This particular location has the most samples I’ve ever seen offered at a Paris Baguette and is by far the cleanest! A fun place to hang out with friends for dessert, snacking, drinks or studying after dinner at Jang Su Jang next door! My favorites: –Choux cream bread(can never go wrong with this one) –Green tea chiffon cake(got this for my birthday, YUMMM) –Royal vanilla pudding(comes in cute bottle!) –Royal cappuccino pudding(cute bottle as well) –Sweet rice bread(mochi mochi mochi!)

According to my friend, the Canelé is the best she had, although she said it reminded her a Mexican pastry. Good place to bring a date, or buying some sweets for you love ones if you are a guy(after you said something that pissed her off, no woman will say no to a good pastry) Added this place to my «I’m sorry sweetie» list.

Just gross who eats pastries not even made with real butter. This is a knock off on French baking. It reminds me of McDonald’s of baking. I walked through because immediately knew the cost of production versus the cost of the pastry could not be done and was another shame of what the American market has done to the consumer. Go to a real baker with a chef that studied in France. I.e. Los gatos has a couple of good ones.

The selection here isn’t as good as some of the others I’ve seen(like in Berkeley). This location doesn’t have the hailed sweet potato pastry, which is one of my favorite. The coffee is self-serve style from these large thermoses on the side, with three types — decaf, regular, and hazelnut. We tried the Azuki Latte(new item on them menu), which was supposedly a red bean flavored latte. Turned out to be just basically red bean + milk + cinnamon powder, and we couldn’t taste any coffee inside at all. It was also too sweet, and there was too much red bean powder residue floating around. Wouldn’t order again.

The minute you enter Paris Baguette, whatever diet you were on sprints out the door. Look here. Blueberry Yogurt Cream Croissants. Over there. Hawaiian Sausage Cornbread. Your eyes will wander from one pastry to another. For a savory snack or light dessert, this bakery awakens the little girl in all of us. Even the toughest of men shall succumb to this Korean bakery’s cute and crispy powers. My mother gets a tray and tong. I am tempted to grab one of every bread at lightening speed during the blink of her eye. She is a lady and places two of the most graceful pastries on the tray. «Graceful» meaning not too fattening. We end up getting the Wannabe Apple Pastry and One-Bite Pastry, which actually requires a minimum of four chomps. Or eight lady-like bites. The Wannabe Apple Pastry looks plain, but there’s a surprise waiting inside… Its interior resembles the core of a real apple: hollow with a seed! Raisins are used to mimic the seeds while the stem is made of pretzel sticks. Actual leaves are placed next to the stem. Aside from looks, the Wannabe Apple Pastry tastes like a slice of fluffy white bread with a teaspoon of cream cheese. Pleasant in a semi-sweet manner. Doesn’t make you feel guilty, potentially leaving your sweet tooth unsatisfied. It’s not a bad or good thing; only depends on what type of mission you’re on. If it’s your cheat day, go big! Get the Blueberry Yogurt Cream Croissants and Hawaiian Sausage Corndogs. Paris Baguettes are located worldwide. The branch I visited is next to Galleria Market in Lawrence Plaza. Conveniently it’s connected to a food court at its back entrance. Whether you’re with the girlfriends to catch up on gossip or ready to pig out with the family, this bakery is a go-to place for casual treats!

Come for cakes and skip the drinks. My coworker and I stopped by Paris Baguette to get a birthday cake for someone in our office. For about $ 30-something dollars, you get a pre-made cake, packaged in a nice box. Candles, matches and cake spatula(?) also comes with your order. You can’t really go wrong with their pre-made cakes; although, they forget to put a happy birthday chocolate on our cake. We didn’t notice until we get back to our office afterwards. Pastries can be a hit/miss and in my opinion, are lackluster compared to pastries from 85C bakery. My family and I enjoyed the cream coffee bun and the fresh cream/red bean bun, but the pumpkin cream bun was a disappointment. The bun was tough(not soft and fluffy as I hoped) and the filling tasted more cream cheese than pumpkin. The croissants taste decent, just don’t expect it to have a lot of filling. Mine was fairly sparse, a bit of toasted melted cheese and maybe a roll of ham. For 8 pastries, I paid approximately $ 19. My family and I prefer 85’s pastries; however, Paris Baguette definitely worth trying if you want a taste of Korean pastries. While I do enjoy their cakes their drinks need major attention. Either a change in their recipe or better training for their baristas. My peppermint latte was not drinkable. I am usually not a picky person, but this is one of the few times that I could not finish my drink and poured it away. It was far too sweet and had a terrible aftertaste which made me think they put in too many pumps of peppermint. I was sad. Service was OK, but slow. It took them about 7 minutes to make my drink which also made me sad. Cakes not drinks. Please avoid the drinks.

Came here for dessert after eating at the food court next door. I wasn’t too impressed. I got a slice of their mocha cake, and I didn’t think it was worth the $ 4 something I paid. The Oreo cookie and the Priouline cookie that came with the slice as toppings were both soggy. The cake didn’t have that much flavor, either. It was just disappointing! My friend got the mascarpone dessert that was slightly better. Make sure you take your spoon all the way down to the bottom of the cup to pick up every layer. If you only pick up the top layers, it gets a bit too overwhelmingly sweet. The bottom layer has a slightly bitter chocolate syrup that balances out the sweetness. All in all, this place was just ok. The interior décor is SUPER cute though – might be enough to make me come back to try some other things off the menu here.

***************************** 1436 *************************** I come here for coffee and mini bite sandwichs every time I go to the Health Spa next door. My dad loves the croissant and the sweet treat here. Reasonable price, bland coffee, but surely did the trick for me before 10AM spa time.

First encounter with Paris Baguette was at this location. My first love? I think so. I would be bias if I’m saying this(bias as heck because my first two weeks of training was at this location back in 2014) but this location is amazing in terms of service, variety of pastries, drinks are made well. I don’t work here anymore or at any location(been long gone), but every time I return to buy for instance, a cake, drink or even to visit friends working, whether it’s here, Milpitas or even as far as South San Francisco, it hits home. Paris Baguette is a well known Korean take on French bakery/café. Their products aren’t the cheapest, but the quality you can taste and the service you receive is what makes the experience more lively and happy. I come here and leave happy every time. Ok, I lied… for the most part. I experienced terrible service at the SJ location(cashier told me to bag my own items and stood there and stared at me, iced gtl tasted like tap water, etc), but even so, it’s whatever. The store manager apologized, which was not needed but thank you! Everybody has their days but sometimes it’s best not to project your bad days onto others. Paris Baguette was my first job so it always hits home. I learned a lot about customer service, myself, and of course how to work under stress and with people with different personalities and work ethics. Nevertheless, Paris Baguette isn’t perfect but they are good enough for me to keep returning. :) It’s been a year since I’ve visited the Santa Clara location. I stopped by yesterday night with myself October 14, 2015), a year later with some familiar faces and new as well, but everything just seems to still be in order. Keep it up! I’ll be back every once in awhile since I go to school at Mission College and will be attending SJSU in the fall so I’ll be around ;) I see you iced green tea latte, aye.

I wrote already a review of PB of Palo Alto, but it is an old one… Since then, I believe they improved their quality and taste a lot! At least, I like the PB of Santa Clara a lot. Pastries seem to be less sweet. For instance they don’t add on top of croissants, chocolate or sugar(it is terrible for me if you add that!) — it is so good without any addition. Their pastries are much«aerial» inside and crispy on the top — like in France. I wish they could add some more«French selections» though: chausson aux pommes, pain au chocolat, eclairs, etc. Their cakes are good too. They are rather simple inside(mousse cake) but they are favorful, delicate in taste and very nice looking(simple and elegant). I like to compare their cakes to an Iphone: you get what you pay for; simple look, but stylish and everyone loves them. You won’t be disappointed. They have as well some happy hours… but it is not very appealing: free coffee from 2 to 5 if you buy 2 pastries. Anyways. I like this play a lot more now and have become a regular! BIGPRO: They open early in the morning… so it is awesome for parents with young kids :)

First off, everything in here looks incredibly tasty and pretty! Definitely one of the nicer Paris Baguette shops I’ve been to in the Bay Area — plenty of seating, friendly workers, and fresh pastries. I haven’t tried all the desserts here yet, but out of the ones I’ve tried, I really enjoyed their Cronuts — so give them a shot! Additionally, they sell cakes that are beautifully decorated that would be appropriate for birthdays, potlucks,(or even just for yourself). If you enjoy Asian Bakeries and have never been here, do not hesitate to give Paris Baguette a try.

I still prefer 85 Degree Bakery for quality, but this place isn’t bad and is probably better than a lot of the Asian bakeries in the area. I got a strawberry filled peanut crumb bread, which reminded me of a cream puff sandwich filled with strawberries and sprinkled with peanut butter powder. I’m partial to peanut butter anything, and I love cream puffs, so I was sold on this comboniafoj. At $ 2.90, I found the breads to be similarly priced to other Asian bakeries. I’ll be back to try some of the weirder options I was eyeing. Like sweet potato bread!

I ordered 3 desserts today for a late night dessert and was pretty disappointed with Crème brûlée and opera cake. 1. Crème Brulee: As i it was my favorite dessert I was super excited to have it from Paris Baguette. I have tasted Crème Brulee from several French bakeries and i was hoping for that Rich custard topped with a layer of burned sugar, But they didn’t do the basic thing– they didn’t Caramelized the sugar on top and served it. When i Mentioned it in the counter they said, «ohh! its a mistake, usually we do it, they would have forgot, sorry». They didn’t offer another crème brûlée and i felt it is a very unprofessional. Serving a very famous french dessert in a french bakery without the basics is something we never expect. Crème Brulee means«Burned Cream» in French, i thing the ‘so-called’, french bakery forgot about it. Custard didn’t have any flavor other than vanilla extract. the worst crème brûlée of my life. 2. Opera cake: Yeah! you spoiled another French classic dessert. It is Almond sponge cake layered with coffee butter cream and ganache. All i tasted was espresso. Never im going to visit this place again.

There are two things that I LOVE to get at Paris Baguette: 1. Blueberry Chiffon Cake 2. Royal Milk Pudding Both are a little pricey, but they will change your life!!! The cake is absolutely delicious and not too sweet. I looooove the cream frosting and filling. The cakes come with a cake server utensil that doubles as a cake cutter and also has matches and a striker built into it… How convenient is that?!? They also provide candles if you ask for them. I’m trying to figure out how to make the pudding so that I don’t have to spend so much, but the bright side of getting it at Paris is that you get to keep the cute milk bottle container! There can be a really long line sometimes from people buying pastries. They have some seating available, but it’s always been pretty packed every time I’ve gone there in the evening.

Popped in for coffee, pleasantly surprised by their French pastry selection! High quality, good variety, friendly staff and cute themed French décor– love the employee uniforms, and our cashier even had an accent! Hot and cold coffees and teas available, amazing croissants– delicious and so visually perfect that they look fake at first. Ham and cheese and garlic versions are good. Refrigerated case with cakes, special order available.
