I was eating my food while noticing a cockroach walking on the floor. And you know what they say… When you see 1 that means there are thousands hiding… I lost my appetite… Gross

I love coming here for Korean food! They used to have 5 stores, but now there are only 3. So sad… I guess the competition is tough. :( The service is quick and you have to seat yourself. The restaurant that you ordered from will give you a buzzer to pick up your food. After you are done, you leave your dishes at the table and a janitor will come by later to clean up after you. The only downside is that there are no side dishes(banchan) with your food since this is a food court. If you want cheaper Korean food without the fuss of a restaurant with about the same quality, then I recommend coming to this food court.

This place is awesome if you want a quick, reasonably priced Korean meal. Also, the portions are pretty big so it’s a good deal! They have better value than Tofu House or Jang Su Jang in my opinion. I always get the ja ja myun but sadly that food stand closed up due to the increasing rent. So now, my usual is the kim chi fried rice or kim bap. The side dishes here are limited in that it’s usually just kim chi and some radish. Some places do offer fish cakes. Order some food. Take a buzzer. Take a stroll around the plaza checking out the local shops and bakeries. And by the time you’re back, the food’s ready! I love love love this Korean plaza.

Good food and a lot of options. The court is noisy, but good for kids. The prices vary, but most of the restaurants are pretty affordable.

My friends and I wanted to go to Jang Su Jang, but the wait was too long. So, we came to the food court instead. I forgot the name of the place, but it was the one that sells Korean stews. I ordered the galbitang and it was ridiculously expensive($ 18!!). I was given a buzzer that would let me know if the food was ready. It was ready pretty quickly and came with black rice and 3 banchans(sides). The sides were kimchi, pickled veggies, and japchae. The sides were okay, not the best. However, the galbitang was very good. It was seasoned perfectly and came with a lot of meat. I pretty much forgot how much it cost me, because it was very flavorful!

This plaza is still my go-to place for some quick & tasty Korean food. I particularly only come here for Dishes and occassionaly have a desert at Snowice. The inside also has some clothing stores, TheFaceShop, a salon, and leads to an inside entrance to Paris Baguette. Parking gets packed towards lunch & dinner times especially on the weekends. Overall, I love eating here whether it’s busy or not. Though, I’ve been hearing rumors that the whole plaza is closing down which is unfortunate but i’m still looking forward to satisfy my Korean food cravings here.

Decent execution of communal dining. Have a big group but don’t want to worry about splitting credit cards, picky eaters, picky spenders, and gratuity? Bring your peeps here and there is something for everyone. Cheap eats, decent portions. Casual atmosphere. Just don’t come expecting Michelin or James Beard Award dining. For the price, you really can’t beat some the options for Korean fare in this plaza.

It’s hard to recommend this place any more. Nak Kung closed down. :’-(Their jajangmyeon-champong-sweet-&-sour pork was the best deal in da house!($ 13 bucks for all three dishes). While the old owners have moved out, they left their menu up. Damn you for reminding me about the good times we shared, Nak Kung! I miss you so much! And Seoul Jung keeps increasing the price of their kaibi jim(braised shortribs). People talk about healthcare and education costs being unsustainable, but it’s not nearly as unsustainable as the rate of kaibi jim price inflation. It’s pushing $ 20 bucks now. Dat shit is good, but it’s not dat good. Damn, Seoul Jung, did you forget that you’re serving food in a goddamn food court? For that price, I might as well go next door to a real restaurant like Jang Su Jang. Plus, we ordered it this past weekend, and the meat was hella fatty. Fuk dat. To rub salt into the wounds, the Korean place in the middle(can’t remember the name) closed down and some fake Japanese sushi-rito place opened up instead. Double :’-(. Bummer. This place used to be the best, but now it sux. We won’t be back in the near future.

I’ve been here too many times. It’s more approachable than the restaurant next door, and it certainly helps to eat here before going to Galleria Market to shop for groceries. You can easily get soon dubu jjigae or bi bim bap at a fair price. It reminded me of Arirang Plaza south in Garden Grove, although the prices here are higher. This time, I wanted a dessert and coffee and that stall was completely closed and being renovated. There are a decent number of tables, but it fills quickly. There are also some ancillary shops around the food court. If this place is full, you may be able to eat inside Galleria Market at their little food stand.

I’ve been here countless times whenever I’m craving some Korean food. I could never decide on what to get because there are so many choices! I love this place though since it’s got a few varieties of Korean food. Just a note that the tables are limited even though it’s a huge food court. It’s only bad during peak hours and sometimes you have to wait for the staff to clear the tables and stuff like that. I recently went to Seoul Jung and got a hot stone bibimbap. It was very authentic and delicious! It came with the usual sides of kimchi and radish. It’s less than the usual side dishes at actual Korean restaurants, but it’s plenty when you’re eating alone. It also comes with a miso soup, which was pretty bland in my opinion. The bibimbap, however, was very flavorful and the hot sauce definitely made it better. I have also tried the other places and they are generally pretty good at a decent price. They have a lot to choose from and you will definitely find the perfect combo/meal for yourself. Overall, I really do like this place. It’s very affordable and they offer decent food as well. I will be back soon!

So my boyfriend and I came here for a quick meal with my boyfriend on Sunday, it was probably around 3:30, and this place was pretty slow. We walked to seethe various food options, there are probably about 3 Korean food vendors, the café with shaved ice, and another one that I don’t recall. We decided to try dishes-the one on the very left of the court, and it was a great deal. I got the soup and meat deal, and choose the seafood soondubu(seafood tofu soup) and the beef bulgogi. So I got a decent size portion of both, four sides-they were all just meh(black beans, noodles, kimchi, and tofu), and rice. ALL of this was only $ 12! It was a steal and definitely enough food for two! Soondubu-warm, flavorful, and yummy as usual Beef– a little under seasoned Sides– the noodles were good(I don’t really eat carbs so I only had a tiny amount) but everything else was meh. Price– fantastic The quality probably isn’t the best but it was tasty enough and cheap!
