No place is perfect every day, but the amount of hate this location is getting seems way out of proportion. My girlfriend and I order pretty stacked pizzas from this location all the time, never once had a complaint. They always get the toppings on each side right and they’ve always been generous when we select«extra» of any topping. Chicken wings are great too. It’s classic fast food pizza, don’t come in ordering nasty side-dishes that these poor employees are forced by corporate to serve. Keep it up Milpas Dominos!

We were afraid to delivery because of the reviews on Unilocal.We ordered for carryout. Pizza was ready when we got there, so it was done quickly which was nice. When we walked into the store, it was freezing. There were about 4 employees just talking and standing around. Not even kidding, it took them 5 minutes to say ANYTHING to us even though we made eye contact upon walking up to the counter. That kind of thing really bother me. Pizza was decent, typical dominos pizza. We were afraid to ask for parmesan and napkins because of how rude they were.

Ordered a pizza online and 2 minutes later I called to cancel. Literally only 2 minutes. And Luis said«What am I supposed to do? I already started making your FUCKINGFOOD!» Then when I called to ask for a manager, he pretended to be the manager. If he IS the manager, they have bigger problems than just this Unilocal review. Shame.

Called late night and ordered then got my pizza plus the chicken appetizers, when I discovered that our pizza with half cooked. It was late night and nobody wanted to really deal with it in my group, so today I decided to call and complain. The manager told me that I would have to drive in the uncooked pizza to get my $ 5.99 refunded. He decides that I have to spend my gas money and time refunding $ 6. Then he offers to have their company waste their gas money to come and pick up the pizza when I’m not even home. Truly a ridiculous situation, just wanted my money back, but I hope this helps other people not deal with this establishment.

Worst customer service ever! The manager… who oh so assured me he has no superior, cussed my boyfriend out and assumed it was okay because my boyfriend was complaining of a pizza that was entirely a piece of crap. Worst customer service and a piece of shit manager for sure. Never order again.

Ripped off on chicken wings. Placed order for 8 piece wings, and I understand that you get a mixture of the meaty«drummette» part and the mid section. I choose to only eat the drummette section, of which approximately 4 should have been in my 8 piece order. When they arrived, all were the midsection, with no drummettes. Furthermore, they delivered the wrong sauce. I called the restaurant to ask to fix my order and the person on the phone named«Raul» flat out refused. I used to love Dominos, but this branch ripped me off, screwed up order, and can not be trusted to prepare my food.

Never thought I’d review something like Domino’s. The pizza is absolutely fine, but TERRIBLE customer service. They hung up twice cause they didn’t hear hello in a millisecond. They can’t spend a second with you on the phone so you’re placing your order right. And god forbid you ask about specials. Wasn’t even during peak hours. I asked the nicer employee if they had any basil to add to a pizza, since we were picking up an order and another employee answers for him«WEDON’T HAVEANY!» I’ll call the next closest Domino’s next time!

Ordered from Dominos for a change. Pan pizza was pretty good actually. The chicken sandwich however lacked, well, chicken. And the fettuccine was inedible. Black and burned on top. I called the next day and the manager said, «oh, we usually deal with these things the same day. Since you are calling the next day I’m not sure how to help you.» I hung up. Corporate was equally useless. Never again Dominos.

Ive been ordering dominos for many years now hell i even worked for them when i was a kid. In saying that this review should be taken seriously by their owner, two nights ago I ordered pizza and asked for delivery and in deliveries there can be mistakes, so i received bbq wings when i ordered spicy. My family was upset so i called and talked to a young man Raul, I said nicely there has been a mistake and that id be happy to tip the driver to come correct this minuscule problem. He instantly attacked me saying I had ordered and that he repeated The order none of which was true, and that i would have to eat the bbq wings. Now I am according to him an idiot that ordered the wrong thing? thats what i ordered he argued back and forth with me and i pleaded to talk to his manager turns out he is the manager. Never in my life have i had such a sour experience then he accused me of threatening him and that he logged on their system to not deliver to me Again. This same kid had a similar experience with my friend victor a while ago. I never say anything because i work in the industry and know about pressure and frustration but treating a customer like an inferior is not the answer my friend. Wael better step his game up if this is the management running his store, because i was a calm customer that may have lost his cool, but think about the many per week that are lost. Lost for life because i plan on never ordering dominos again. By the way those pizzas went directly in the trash i don’t want anything to do with the milpas store again. This kid has left a bitter taste in my mouth and i hope Wael Hishmeh reads this because the kid had the nerve to make fun of me and say«how are you going to tell Wael if you don’t even have his number«jokes on you kid, i have it but id rather the public read about the service that goes on at your store

Okay usually I NEVER complain or write on these things but this is just unacceptable. I ordered a jalapeño and bacon stuffed cheesy bread and this is what I got. The bacon is barely cooked, and that white stretchy stuff is not cheese. It’s uncooked dough!!! Come on!!!

Maybe-Pro-Tip: There’s a parking lot next door but I’m not sure if it’s for Domino’s Pizza. If you’re like me trying to be all stealthy after ordering on the phone app, this will still probably suffice because it takes like 30 seconds to go in and grab the pizza you already will have paid for. These guys are cool. They know what people want, low-grade, salty crusted pizza. It’s easy, not super amazing but it’s America.

Really mixed reviews here. Their pizza’s are almost always cooked well. No raw, chewy dough here. On the other hand they don’t know their own menu. I once ordered two large black box pizzas. Upon pick up they were regular crust. When I asked for an explanation, we were told the black box was only available in medium. Then why didn’t they call us back? By our telephone number we are regular customers. Another time we ordered the thin crust and the entire pizza filled two of us like a small salad before the main dish. Consistent food, just make sure you know what you’re requesting before your order.

Well I don’t wanna be the bad guy but just going to write my experience with Domino’s Pizza. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with chicken, I meant to say Premium chicken but when I got it I see literary 3 chunks of chicken. really Domino’s Pizza? $ 3.50 for the delivery, $ 2.50 for extra cheese plus taxes and tips. …Very disappointed :(

Ever since Domino’s changed their recipe, it’s been incredible! My wife and I get pizzas from here almost weekly. Very tasty, always hot, and super fast! My favorite is the thin crust with bacon, sausage, and pepperoni.

I order from this Domino’s all the time! It’s always hot, and the employees are so helpful. I’m obsessed with the new Spinach & Feta Artisan Pizza, and the cheesy bread stuffed with jalepenos and bacon! They also have gluten-free pizza which is great for when my in-laws come to visit :)

I surprised my husband & his company and ordered 3 med pizzas, 2 liter soda & cinnamon sticks online and paid online. When they delivered they gave him ranch for his cinnamon sticks instead of icing. When I called to let them know and asked them to please bring some over, the guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional and asked me what is is that i wanted and if I wanted credit for the icing. are you kidding? No apology, nothing. If i wanted credit for the icing i wouldn’t have spent $ 50 on your products. Anyway, last time I eat domino’s.
