Best pizza in SB for the price for sure! Open late, awesome staff, cold beer and good beer prices. Angela is a total sweetheart! Every time I visit SB, I know where I’ll go for pizza and beer.

Not actually a pizza by the slice place. A slice of cheese pizza takes 20 minutes to get.

Eh the wait staff didn’t even know their own menu. Maybe she was new but having an employee disinterested or lcking understanding of their own menu puts me off. That being said she brought us the wrong food and argued it but the chef remade us the correct order. None of the amazing root beer they usually offer on tap if you go here is suggest trying it if it’s in stock. The calzone was small in my opinion but was good to eat not raw dough which you find sometimes with calzones. the chef was really nice he said not too many are ordered so I understand. There’s a bunch of pizza places in area this isn’t the worst but this isn’t the best either. Late night it’s cool to check out you can get a slice to go as you wait for your über to arrive.

If I could give this place a negative I would. The pizza was not worth the annoyance of drunk kids. I’m 23, in the military, married, & I was actually in Santa Barbra celebrating my honeymoon. My husband & I decided to have an easy night, get a couple drinks after dinner, play pool & darts, etc. so later when we got hungry again, we figured pizza was a good call, WRONG. We went into this place & one guy exclaimed how he had just ordered chicken fingers & fries… Ground breaking… Then, while ordering & waiting, two drunk girls were continuously bumping into us, one had the audacity to blatantly stare at our wallets, then proceeded to call me a cunt,& tried to start a fight… After all that nonsense, our pizza was finally here! All to discover that it was insanely soggy from all the grease, & they forgot my side of ranch… AVOID! Go to the taco place please.

Good pizza, great Caesar salads with anchovies(!) on request. No longer take Axxess card for discounts. Not the cleanest place around but laid back & a great quick bite to eat downtown. Happy hour deal: slice & a pint for $ 7. Good beer tap selection.

Was late and hungry… I was trolling for food and stumbled in here. Chicken stripes & fries. Get them. Burger was good also, though the patty was small. I would think for a place named Barbarians it would be big, much bigger! I’d come back for sure. Fun atmosphere!!!

Often mess up your order, refuse to refund or correct it. So sad because it’s a good pizza shop with sh** employees and apparently management.

Food was cold, overpriced and staff was rude. When I mentioned my food to staff they said«it is what it is». It’s unfortunate when some restaurants don’t care about their food or service. Wouldn’t come back again.

Great. Has pizza by the slice and is open late. Good luck finding either of those in SB.

I used to really like this place. Good food, good prices for pints and pitchers. Then they started letting homeless people loiter inside for HOURS, other people bring their dogs inside and letting them pee on the floor. I hope they clean this place up because it used to be a great spot to watch games. This place would do a lot more business!

Ordered the biggest pizza they had with meats and garlic. There was only garlic on one of the slices… Biggest pizza was really thin, didn’t fill 3 of us up so after I ordered a burger for me. Took almost a half hour to get a burger with the wrong toppings. What a joke. Wasted over an hour waiting at this place for mediocre(what should be fast) food.

Loud with drunk football watchers. Strange setup, video games and toy machines in front with cartoons showing, I assume for families to come in yet you walk in to listen to loud obnoxious people screaming about the football game. Is it a bar or restaurant? Girl was nice behind the counter but hamburger took quite a long time to come out. Beer was not cold enough. Pass!

A great pizza joint not sure why it has 3 stars. It is more of a self serve place. A 16 inch pizza with three topping cost $ 27. The dough is fresh and the cheese is of good quality. Service is reasonably quick. The toppings are fresh. It would be great if they put little more topping as that would make it taste even better. If I want pizza and if I am in Santa Barbara this is the place I will go.

Great pizza for the late night crowd but if they overcharge you or rip you off good luck getting your money back. The food itself is great when you have to eat at 2AM and the line can build fast. I was here last night and got two slices and two bottles of water and it was 20 $. I commented to cashier that it seemed expensive even when she confirmed we ordered two slices. 20 minutes later we were handed three slices, instead of two, i brought this to the cashiers attention and handed her my receipt and the extra slice, but they could not find their own copy of it! So i got charged for food i did not order and received no refund. Poor service. The next morning I did the math to confirm, 3.80 per slice with 5 toppings is 6.30. Two slices is 12.80 plus two waters 15.80. I nornally opt for this food when im out late, the slices are huge and pizza is delicious. But this one left a bad taste in my mouth.

So you have probably been at the clubs all night. Maybe you already puked in a trash can on the shitty kitty dance floor. This is where you go to get pizza afterwards to fill the void in your stomach and in your life. Best part, the staff is awesome!

Late night, kind of pricey pizza but good for one of the few options that serve food this late. $ 3.80 for a pizza slice, plus 50 cents additional for each topping. You’ll see lots of drunk people hanging out, ordering beer if you go pretty late. Servers are super friendly and offered us free ranch/blue cheese dressing for our pizza. Thin crust pizza and the cheese pizza alone, personally I think is very good. The location is conveniently located, right across from sandbar and next to James Joyce. So it would make sense that people would go after a night of drinking. They also serve alcohol until pretty late too! Many bars close at 2 but stop serving earlier, but Barbarians serves alcohol until 2

Their pizza is amazing. Their garlic knots are amazing(which they no longer sell :(). Did I mention their pizza is amazing? I could easily eat 2 slices and an order of knots it’s just that good. Recently I had fries with cheese and garlic on top — also good! A bit pricey so I can’t come as often as I’d like. Gotta pay for rent.
