5 stars son! Place is dope. They got not one not two but three whole floors. I’m no floor expert but That’s at least three times the normal amount of floors a place has. They got food here and drinks. Plus two projectors for games that I would care about. Watched the nba finals here. Hasani still owes me 50 bucks too cuz i told that fool the Warriors would win and he was all naw they got lebron and kyrie, but than kyrie got all injured. Boom. You know how many drinks I could get at blind tiger with 50 bucks Hasani? At least three, one on each floor I don’t know though cuz I’m no mathematician either. Edit: P. s. Ryan Powell, Jason zeebra and Charles two last names da bes P. s. #2 I’m calling this place bliger now pronounced with a hard«I» like tiger or liger

I was invited to go to the Blind Tiger by a friend the other day. Blind Tiger? I had never heard of it! It’s new and in the old Q’s/Savoy space. Next to the dance floor is a 12 foot tiger head with evil glowing red eyes! I guess the owner found this and felt he had to build a club around it. First impression was that it is a big space! The bar is nice and I wondered what the plan was, how would they use it? It is a little sparse downstairs and could use a few more tables. I asked if they had food and they had a fairly limited menu but I was impressed that they had food at all. It was about 9:30 and there were six of us in the place. I was bored so I went exploring. The second floor also had a small bar which was stocked in anticipation of the crowds that would come later, the third floor was my favorite, more cozy with couches and a full bar, there were three people up there. My friends arrived and I went downstairs. Still not too much going on. A DJ started some music and looked a little lonely upfront all by himself. I reflected on the dj’s that Q’s used to use and how the place would be packed by 10pm a few years ago. I guess this place is still unknown so I will give them a chance. I wanted my friends to see the cool third floor and as we reached the stairs a bouncer stopped us. It was now closed. I guess they have to keep everyone on the first floor to create the illusion that the place is busy. Nobody wants to go to a dead nightclub. I was disappointed though. I left a little after 10:30 and the place still only had 8 or 12 people in it. I wonder if it did fill up by 11:00 or 11:30… With Pool tables and Sushi, Q’s couldn’t sustain itself in that spot! Savoy went more upscale and added burlesque and bands and didn’t cut it. I wonder what the owners/investors of Blind Tiger have in mind to make the place work? While I hope this place catches on my experience would lead me to rename it: Bland Tiger
