Lake’s Edge Apartments

Lived here for 1 year, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, great views from all the rooms and the balcony. Didn’t have a single problem with the apartment ever since we moved in. Although, the garbage was always full and it smelled bad, but it’s understandable because Florida is very humid and hot. There’s always going to be mosquitoes everywhere. Parking was a problem sometimes because it wasn’t reserved but it doesn’t kill nobody to walk a little! The clubhouse was the best part about these apartments. Starbucks coffee was always available. The gym was always clean and fully equipped. The gate security was very strict with the scan cards which is something I have not seen at the many apartments I’ve lived in. All the employees were always helpful and sweet. The maintenance guys were always available as soon as we complain about anything which is one of the main factors of living in apartments. Don’t even get me started on the special occasion parties because those ladies went all out with the drinks, food and music. It’s something all of us youngsters looked forward to every month. I’ve lived in many other apartments in Florida, but this was the best experience. Really worth the money. If I ever move back to Florida, I’ll definitely be moving to these apartments without any hesitation!
