One of the worst taco bells I’ve been to from every perspective. Dirty, understaffed, unfriendly service, items sold out, etc.

Dollar menu for breakfast. I usually have the bacon or sausage breakfast burrito. no lines, lots of parking, quick service. don’t expect a gourmet burrito for $ 1. The regular menu is also available in the morning.

I just read the other reviews of this place and I wonder why the owner wants to continue such dismal service. I’ve experienced most of the problems I’ve read in the other reviews, quite a few times. This evening I went in, walking past the only visible employee, who was not behind the counter as she socialized with a couple people. I stood behind another customer who was already waiting at the register. We waited, and waited. She talked and talked and talked. We waited. I was annoyed at myself for even coming here. Finally the cashier came over, once she was ready to work. I was finally able to give my order. The cashier was very friendly and cheerful. The type of person that should be a cashier, if only she understood priorities. Another employee appeared and made the two orders, very slowly. I was so glad to be able to leave, thinking, it’s not likely I’ll be back soon.

Interesting enough I was sitting next to a table that two members of the San Ramon city council were seated at. I knew that from the lanyard ID cards that were hanging from there waist. They were discussing how dissapointing their experiences have been at this location and that the wait time was unacceptable. I just think they need better leadership at this location. Not sure what training the cooks have, but has to be limited. My tostadas had most of the toppjngs on the tray and my son’s taco had about a teaspoon of meat. The supplies were empty or low and the dining area not clean. I’ve only been here 2 – 3 times because it’s on way home from track meets, and it always sucks.

Never ever go to this taco bell if you are in a hurry. Been coming here for about a year. Average wait time to get you food is usually 15 minutes. Often times more. They are understaffed, and the few employees they have move incredibly slow. But the real problem is the customer. No one orders whats on the menu. They want extra cheese, or no onions, or «nothing green on it at all, or little Austin wont eat it» This taco bell represents everything wrong with America. I have been to many taco bells, this franchise owner has no clue how to serve. What a dysfunctional group that work here. Lunch time…12 min in line cause only 1 cashier… once I finally gave my order it was another 13 min before I received my food… that’s almost 30 min of waiting… never in my life have I seen anything this SLOW!!! Never coming back again

Wow, such terrible customer service that I had to almost get in a yelling match with the manager. Over cheese folks, over nacho cheese. I have had some bad experiences at some shitty places but this one took the cake(or in this case empenada). Worst taco bell this side of Yum brands corporate.

I visit this Taco Bell because the location makes it convenient for me to do so. The quality of food is hit or miss, sometimes they aren’t always warm all the way through, however they have Mini chicken quesadillas for a dollar and not even McDonald’s can boast a true dollar menu any longer. I would not go out of my way to visit this location though.

Should have noticed the irritated faces waiting for their food when I walked in. Left after waiting 15 mins without my food. I’ve been a patron for decades. Never again at this location. Employees were polite but obviously confused and understaffed.

Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere but here! Zero customer service. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. When we finally got our food taco bell forgot to make half the order. It took an additional 10 minutes before anyone helped us to correct their mistake. I will never eat here ever again!!!

This taco bell continually blows every time I go here. They take forever taking orders, only one cashier on a busy Friday or Saturday night. The cashiers are not educated on using the registers, not friendly. It’s dirty. Something needs to change at this Taco Bell location, because it has lost my business(and I’m sure others as well) for good. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I went today to try the free biscuit taco. My food was given to me cold, sloppy, and tasted horrible. I was not pleased. I purchased side of jalapeños and guac and they have me like a dime size amount for .35cents. Your employees are not giving out good product. It’s been awhile since I have been to Taco Bell and I prob won’t go back!

Terrible customer service! Cashier spent 3 minutes entertaining the customer ahead going through 10 choices for his coupon freebie. The guy was barely paying attention with his phone glued to his ear! She never once acknowledged any of the 6 customers in line. She then made a mistake and ran around the store for another 2 minutes looking for a manager! Again, not a word or glance towards her other customers. Give the guy a free taco and keep the line moving. People don’t go to Taco Bell to lounge around and waste time! I walked out, too bad nobody will care and she’ll never get it. What ever happened to customer service or courtesy?

Just ordered a siracha quesarito(I get at least one a week here) and I noticed that the woman who took my order(very friendly, by the way) went on break immediately after taking my order, so I guess my order was forgotten about because I waited about 10 minutes and right when I was going to ask if my food was ready, another employee asked me if I was waiting for something. When I showed him my receipt, him and the cashier were very apologetic and sprang into action making my food. I was out the door in about a minute and to my surprise, the employee had put an apple pie in my bag as well. Words cannot express how thankful I am for great customer service like this and happy, friendly employees. Keep up the good work!

If I can give no stars I would… Extremely disgusted as I’m chewing my encherito I almost choke on this I thought it was a bone which was weird but when I spit it out I was disgusted… There was plastic inside my burrito! I felt so sick. Never eating Taco Bell again! And this location was trashed I almost slipped in mud on the floor sauce packets were all sticky. The food wasn’t clean the workers were sloppy and not clean… So many different health violations I’ hope they shut this location down beyond upset.
