Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to be a huge Chipotle fan, but ever since they’ve gone ‘non GMO’ I swear their food has gotten bland and less fresh tasting. I still will go and get a burrito if I’m in a hurry but I’ve been disappointed with the changes that have been made.

I was really disappointed in the half hour wait. I will not be coming back here. I asked if she could maybe do something since the wait was so long and she looked at me like I was crazy. Not the best customer service

I usually love coming here because all the employees are quick and generous with their portions. However for the first time EVER have I walked out of chipotle furious and wanting a refund because I’ve never seen someone so stingy with food. Never in my chipotle experience have I ever had to ask for EXTRA everything just so I could get the NORMAL amount that should be given. I paid 9 $ for a bowl that should’ve been 4 because the younger girl with the black hair who was working ³⁄₂₉ at 3:15pm would almost SPRINKLE food in my bowl. Not only that but she gave me dirty looks and a sassy tone everytime I asked her to give me a bit more. If I ever come back in I will proudly ask for someone to serve me OTHER THAN HER. Please beware because you are getting ROBBED.
This lady behind me had to ask her for extra lettuce with emphasis cause the employee just did not understand at all what portions to give. And the poor lady behind me was ALSO given the same unwelcoming attitude and not enough food.
JUST PLAIN RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I will gladly give this place another chance because it’s just one employee not the entire establishment. MY GOD this was the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had.

chipotle is chipotle. theres not much to say about the food because its the same all the time. but i love chipotle. im currently writing this review because i placed an order for pick up at 2:30, its 2:45 and my bowl is still not made, which is why im writing this review, because i have extra time to wait for my bowl even though it shouldve been done almost 20 minutes ago. disappointed because this never happens
UPDATE– they gave me the wrong freaking bowl with the complete opposite of anything id ever order. Im disgusted and annoyed. this chipotle sucks ill stick to going to dublin.

Liked the food & service — nice and clean location. Lots of space to sit. Portion was smaller than usually– I always have the bowl and can barely finish it but this time I was even a bit hungry still after eating it.

Pretty much your standard Chipotle location. If you’re a Chipotle vet you know what’s up. I was really impressed with this location because my colleague and I went during our lunch break with the anticipation that due to the lunch rush we would be waiting forever and a day BUT alas the employees here sure do know how to put in «work, work, work!» We were able to get in-​and-​out fairly quickly for how many people were in line.
Since this is a restaurant chain/​franchise, what have you, the ambiance was pretty much the same as any Chipotle you probably have encountered. Nonetheless, I must say that it was very well-​kept and clean during my visit. The cutlery, napkins, etc. were all fully stocked too! Definite pluses in my book!
TIP — I love getting the burrito bowls! Just as much burrito fun — but easier (personal preference and opinion) to save when and if you do have leftovers. However, if you anticipate this and you are a sour cream die-​hard fan such as myself, get it on the side! ALSO, if you like bell peppers and onions ask for fajitas in your bowl! And food for thought, don’t be afraid to ask for extra rice — I do this all the time because I feel like it helps keep me full and allows for a better ratio between the meat, rice, and other mixings you add into your bowl.
tl;dr — My love for Chipotle (especially their burrito bowls, tortilla on the side!) will continue to reign supreme. So as long as I work in the Bishop Ranch area, this location will definitely continue to be one of my go-​tos!

I used to love this place. Then I heard about all the people getting sick from their food. So I stayed away for awhile and came back today. I ordered a chicken burrito, and was eating it and tasted something funky. I spit my food out and there was a huge chunk of RAW beef??? I showed the lady at the counter and mentioned this is probably how people get sick. The lady at the counter started arguing with me. Saying that couldn’t get me sick. First off, that meat was pure raw, never been cooked. Second off what if I couldn’t eat steak for health reasons. I started making a big deal about it and she finally gave me my money back. I feel sick to my stomach and will never eat at another Chipotle again! They dont train their employees how to properly handle food. Too Nasty!

First time back since the hoopla and temporary closures. Seems everything was fixed except C/​S attitudes. Wanted corn on the side but before I could say «on the side» it was in my bowl. They offered to take it out by scooping it with a plastic salsa cup. When I told them i’d rather just start a new order instead of digging through my food one girl on the line said, «wow!». I said’ excuse me, is it too hard to get it right for the customer? I was shocked but not really. I have a teenager. Mgr rectified and comped me. C’mon San Ramon Chipotle.

This is such a busy location like ALL the time. However, this does not stop me from coming in for my usual burrito bowl. The service is usually good and I don’t feel too rushed when ordering. The drinks area is very well stocked of beverages and utensils.

One of my go-​to Chipotle locations! Staff here is always super friendly! They never sigh or show any signs of annoyance when I ask for extra rice or extra corn.
I tend to come late in the night so there is never a long line but I have been here a few times when it was packed and it was terrible!
I’ll be back soon Chipotle!

I generally like Chipotle, but it seems that I’ve ordered the most paltry items during my last few visits to this location — or they’ve trained their food jockeys to get chintzy on stooges who try to order anything less than a burro (burrito).
The salad I ordered hardly contained the same contents of a burrito… they must laugh when dummies like me opt for the same priced, mostly lettuce, lame, minus-​a-​four-​cent flour tortilla dish.
Today, I tried soft tacos. Eff! No beans, no rice…$ 7.** for three skinny, un-​satisfying tacos!
Not sure what is going on, but I hate this Chipotle and the shell game they are performing — guess where the full meal hides! Whether you order tacos, burros, salads or bowls, it should all equate to the same amount of food since they charge the same price! Nope, it’s a guessing game.
So, not even two stars…
One star for me — the dummy. .78 for this Chipotle.

I’m done with this LAME location, the shitty parking lot, the long-​ass lines and the under-​valued meals I’ve been subjected to at least three times!

I’m an avid chipotle goer, and for me to write a negative review there has to be something most definitely wrong.
And that is the customer service. From one person in particular, I’m not sure what the girls name is but she has black and blue hair, heavy eye liner, a facial piercing, and a little mermaid tattoo on her forearm.
I’ve visited this location multiple times and have always gotten attitude from this lady, but the last time I visited a coworker and myself ordered over the phone, one order two burritos. When I arrived well after the time the burritos were supposedly going to be ready they only had one and she didn’t offer to make the missing burrito or any kind of compromise and when I refused to buy the ONE burrito without the other one she snatched the bag from my hand and ignored me whilst moving on to talking to the next customer in line.
Chip Manager, please get your workers attitudes in check.

Chipotle! Mostly everyone who hears «chipotle!» Eyes and ears perk up. I love chipotle. This location I’ve visited was okay. Lots of workers and the line out the door. Spacious and clean. There was an employee out cleaning to keep the place in tidy looking condition. Food was great as always. Chipotle lived up to its expectations from other larger metropolitan areas. Great job guys!

Why is it so filthy in here?
Garbage is overflowing and no one seems to be in charge of sweeping the floor.

So, today I had a bad customer experience. I usually love Chipolte, almost too much, but at the store in San Ramon I got bad looks from the burrito preparers when I spoke to them in Spanish.
Spanish is my first language, but I’m fluent in English. But, I always speak Spanish whenever there are Latinos behind the counter — especially those I know speak Spanish.
The first two employees refused to answer my questions in Spanish and looked at me in disgust when I wouldn’t respond in English.
What? Really? This is Chipolte. And, Mr. «Nopal en la Frente,» tú hablas español!

Had the barbocoa burrito. Tasted good, but WAYYY too salty!
Sat down to eat. The place is an echo chamber, everyone has to yell to be heard. 30 people yelling, sounds like a Metallica concert.
With salt.
I like Chipotle, may consider one for take-​out, but not this one.

Good quality food. Perfect for after the gym to get all that good protein !! In general a nice good restaurant that has amazing chicken bowls my favorite !!

I’ll go all out and give this location five stars, why? Not to worry, I’ll tell you why.
I would stop by this Chipotle often when I drove a women to make a pit stop.
I was here the other day with the group after hiking Las Trampas. They have a great outdoor patio area. So, this time I ordered the veggie burrito and a Raspberry Izze sparkling drink. $ 10.09, I wanted to make sure I was charged the right amount, which I was, it turns out that the Izze drink is $ 2.50, those drinks are awesome.
Yes, it was busy when we were there, fresh is best and that’s how Chipotle serves it up.
TIP-​You might not be aware of this but they do recycle, there are no signs, just ask one of the friendly people that works there if you can give them your glass bottle, they will gladly take it from you. I’m happy to see this restuarant does great business.

Spacious with plenty of dining tables. Gets a little busier at lunch though! Come here at 11:30am for lunch to avoid the lines. Dinner time around 5−6pm also gets a little busy. Any other time, the lines are pretty decent.
I always get the same thing when I come (more or less):
— Burrito Bowl with a tortilla on the side
— White rice, black beans, and chicken
— Mild salsa with two scoops of corn salsa
— A little bit of sour cream, cheese, and lettuce
The bowl is always two meals for me!
