Jamba Juice

Clean place, good customer service and a wide range of healthy drinks… and they are yummy, i have been there a few times in the past couple of months and every experience has been great, sitting arrangement is one thing i would want to see improve in this place other than that it is my favourite place to go to when i am in the Northgate mall

This location is always clean with a fairly quik output, even during the morning rush. Also I just saw the Jamba Juice chain has added fresh juice to their menu in addition to some new smoothie options!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Fast, accurate orders. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Clean, bright store. Secret menu recommendation: try the White Gummy. Tastes like the clear gummy bear. So good.

I’ve been coming to this Jamba a few times a month since it opened (I have kids). I’m glad they started bringing back drinks that are actually made from fresh juice and not frozen.

Quick. Yummy. Refreshing. They still have some of the classics which make me happy. Today I tried the peanut butter one and it is pretty good. It tastes some what chocolate and banana and peanut butter. My son got the Apple and greens which was pretty interesting. The crazy bright green color was insane. Little tart and a little sweet. Good stuff.

This is a good place to grab a snack and a nice lil smoothie. I usually get a lite peach pleasure and a sourdough parmesan pretzel.
The Caribbean passion and the mango a go go are also tasty.

I love this place! Great customer service, friendly atmosphere and delicious drinks! You can customize your beverage if you prefer juice to sherbet or ice cream.

Very yummy! My favorite is the banana berry (banana, strawberry, blueberry, apple). Clean, fast, & yummy!

Quick and clean just about sums this place up. The only time there is a line is around lunch time, but even then, it’s pretty quick.
This is one of the better Jamba’s I’ve been to. They take food allergies seriously here!

My favorite Jamba to go to b/​c the service is always pleasant and fast, and my treats always come out just as tasty as I am expecting. Also, the place is never too packed and the inside is always very clean.

They really make almost anything you want. I had a carrot, peach, mango and orange juice. NOT orange frozen yogurht which is what the menu said.
They were very quick and pleasant and my smoothie juice was lovely and delightful!

I was feeling a bit slow at work so during my lunch hour I went to get a Jamba to pick me up. I got all the way back to work and noticed that there were little plastic string-​type things in every strawful! it was disgusting, and I couldn’t drink it. When I had time in my work schedule, I drove back to get a new one, thinking that the manager would be apologetic and accomodating. I was completely wrong. I told them what happened and they acted like I was lying. I asked if I could have a free one for taking the time to leave work and drive all the way back, to which the boy (yes he was practically a child) replied, «well, we’re giving you this one for free.» You mean the one I already paid for that had plastic in it? It shouldn’t have had any kind of defect in the first place. So, I took all that time out of my day to pay 5 bucks for plastic, and a replacement, but by that time I didn’t even want the damn thing. It’s basic customer service — they should have given me a free coupon/​voucher or something! idiots.

So who here loves fruit? Not me! Unless its all blended together with ice and yogurt! Hence Jamba Juice not being a good snack, but more of a meal replacement. Their typical drink is about 450 calories, so its best not to have one as a drink with a meal, but rather on its own– which is exactly what I do. A perfect lunch on a hot summer day. But is also pretty tasty any time of year. Peach Pleasure is the bomb! And Peanut Butter Moo’d… dont even get me started :)

I certainly wouldn’t use Jamba Juice for a substitute for a meal, but for a snack or little pick-​me-​up, it does the trick.
Clearly by the number of eye rolls by employees these kids are making minimum wage. There were a couple of polite staff people though, so its unprofessionalism isn’t across the board & I still come here on occasion. The wheat grass is as it should be– green & perky– & I wonder what it would be like to lay in a field of the stuff while I wait for my drinks.
Jamba Juice has a seasonal pumpkin drink. I suppose autumn finds me here more than any other season. Mmmmm pummmmmpkin.

Always been a fan of this establishment. Glad I found one by my work. Fast service and great beverages as usual, I will return.

I love Jamba Juice as much as the next person but I have always gotten the worst service here!
I was in one day during a rush and got cut in front of by an employee. AN EMPLOYEE! She did not say excuse me and I was about to order my drink and she just butts in and starts talking to the cashier like it was some gossip time. Not cool.
I was also one day in a big rush for work. I had my order ready and the person in front of me was new. Its understandable to help new customers but you should pull them aside atleast so that the flow gets going. But instead tells me to hold on and just stands there and stares blankly at the new customer as they read the menu.
I think I had one bad drink with too much boost in it which made my drink taste bitter.

I like this place because it’s close to my work. I also like it because they can make any of their smoothies vegan.

Okay, I’ll admit that drinking one of these concoctions is better for your health than Coca-​Cola. But really, this is not a gourmet health food experience that they proclaim it to be. This chain is the Starbucks of juice joints. All the ingredients are frozen or vacuum dried. That means 90% the nutritional value is looongg gone. And the prices? I’ve spent less money on a decent quality Mom & Pop Mexican restaurant 3 course lunch.
Nice local kids get paid minimum wage /​no benefits to permanently damage their hearing in this extremely noisy operation (Blenders from Hell!), so that fat kat kapitalists can fly their Lear Jets to their South Seas island resort compounds.
Support your local hippie-​chick real organic juice bar instead, she needs the money to feed her kids.

Jamba Juice is perfect for those hot days in the North Bay. Service is quick here, and the staff was nice.
