For prospective home helpers: Asking some questions may be viewed negatively by staff.
One would usually expect business-​professional feedback/​contact following meetings, completion of all paperwork, etc., with references provided. Unfortunately, nothing, and apparently no references checked.
Impression: This agency may be more focused on «personal» care (e.g. CNA-​type) rather than all the myriad types of «home help» often needed by seniors and/​or those in home rehabilitation situations.

We used Home Helpers for several very challenging stints with my mother-​in-​law who had Alzheimers. The caregivers were amazing, well-​trained, caring, thoughtful and detail oriented. The owners went the extra mile as well making sure that my mother-​in-​law got the personal attention she needed. The assisted living home where my mother-​in-​law lived were also very impressed, saying they had never had such professional, capable help. If you need help in this kind of difficult situation, you want the kind of supportive care that Home Helpers offers.
