Richard E. came out first, took the time to speak with me and my family about the shutters I wanted –taking the time to explain every detail that mattered. From there, the window measuring follow up appointment was professional and positive. Kevin was a consistent contact person, who worked with me through the entire process, patiently being flexible about my requests along the way. The shutters themselves have exceeded my expectations! They are beautiful and amazing-​I never dreamed the shutters would elevate my home the way they do. The price is much lower than most, yet the product and the service is amazing. Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Shutter Source. From the very first phone call with Richard E., to the administrative personnel, the window measuring person, and finally to Kevin who installed them — the whole process was professional, thorough, and so smooth. More to the point is that my windows look fantastic! I purchased exterior shutters with «window toppers». I can’t believe how it changed the entire look of my house. The shutters definetly added a little «class». The company was just a joy to work with and I would definetly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of installing shutters.

Great quality shutters!!! It took a little longer for them to arrive than I unticipated, but it was well worth it. Absolutely beautiful wood quality. I can’t stop looking at them; they are so pretty. Richard has been very professional and gave me good advice on the colors of the sutters. He responds quickly and is very flexible with his time and order changes when it is necessary.

When Richard came to our home for the initial consultation, there was no hard sell or pressure to ‘buy now!’. He showed us the many options available to install and provided suggestions based on his experience in our type of home and what we were looking for. I must say his recommendations proved to be exactly what we wanted. And to top it off, his prices were hundreds lower than others.
The installation went even smoother. Kevin was super professional, nice, and worked very efficiently. The whole house install was completed in under five hours and without a mess :)
I can not believe how beautiful the shutters actually are! We are absolutely happy and pleased with the product! The finished product looks like is was installed when the house was first built.
