Good food but dear God they take FOREVER!!! Dont plan on coming here on your lunch break!!!

I’ve had frequent problems with them not listening to me when I ask for something custom. Lately it’s been better. Bathroom is always a train wreck.

I go to this Taco Bell because it’s close to my work. A couple of things… Don’t order extra cheese… you will not get it but you will pay for it. You not only don’t get the extra cheese, you get less than a normal amount anywhere else… about 3 shreds. You really have to look for it. I figure they owe me about $ 150 dollars by now just in cheese. I planned on asking for no cheese next time just to see what would have happened… but…cut to today. So I ordered the bacon club chalupa. I would have been great if there was bacon involved. Whoever owns this Taco Bell is ripping off people who are in a hurry on their lunch hour. I’m not amused and won’t be back.

:(very disappointed, I always have a good experience when I come here for lunch but today it was terrible. I got horrible customer service, the cashier gave me an attitude when I asked what he recommended from the breakfast menu since it was the first time I was having breakfast here, then the cook gave me my food on a dirty tray :(I had to give it back and all they did was put the food on a clean tray and give it back, everything tasted like I was chewing cardboard, it was gross. It’s so sad I’m never coming back, at least not for breakfast since lunch has been ok so far.

I usually like this place ok and would give 4 stars but I showed up at the posted opening time but had to wait several minutes for them to open the door. Once I got in I proceeded to order and asked for decaf coffee. Surprisingly they do not have decaf coffee. Why would you do a big roll out for breakfast then exclude a large segment of your customers like Subway does? It seems ridiculous that they would not simply add a pot of decaf. Is it that big a loss? If so then why does Carl’s Jr have it? I would wager that the number of people they ignore is big enough that decaf would be worth not alienating us. Even if it is a slight loss don’t you want satisfied customers that will return? I won’t ever try breakfast there even if friends want to go there. Gotta go now cuz my Carls Jr breakfast was just served and I’m getting back to my decaf

The waffle taco is in eatable what a joke ordered bacon got sausage waffle was who knows how old and hard as a rock it went into the trash can. Should have known better. Last time EVER !!! Save your money and get a donut next door

Admittedly it seems strange to give a Taco Bell four stars, but this one has just undergone a major overhaul. What a difference. It’s in the Von’s shopping center and is just across the driveway from a fairly nice Carl’s that got lots more business — including from me. This remodel took what used to be a cold and dreary Taco Bell to one that was a real pleasure to dine in last night. Warm colors on the wall, nice floor tile, new furniture, much better layout, and staff that look quite professional(and clean compared to previously). Even the food tasted better in these surroundings. I know, call me crazy, but I’ll be getting my lunch or late-nite snacks here for some time to come. Sure hope they keep it clean and attractive, but at least for now, they are off to a great start.
