good selection of shoes! terrible customer service with a lazy staff. if you don’t like your job find a new one or if you don’t like customer service pretend you do. don’t have a look like people are «interrupting a whole lot of nothing you’re doing»

Great shoe selection and customer service! Victor was patient with my 2 kids as they wanted to try on every shoe. He made sure we were all happy, will come back again.

Good customer service but in the end the shoes rang up at way more than the price on the box and show but they weren’t able to get it to that price because the computer system wouldn’t allow them to go more than 20% off. Even though the agreed and knew the price in the system was wrong.
They even asked if I’d be ok with paying more for the shows because the system wasn’t letting them give it for the price advertised.
So I walked away from two pairs of shoes and socks because I’m not giving my business to a company that does a switch and bait at the register.
I don’t really think it was the people working be registers fault. I think the main company keeps even the managers from making adjustment to the system which is lame.

Got these shoes from here two weeks ago. Completely blown out. Not to say this is all Shoe Palace’s problem, but I’ve never had Nikes tear this bad. Can’t even return them. Next time I will be going to the Nike outlet or a store where I can return.

So stoked that San Luis Obispo finally got a store like Shoe Palace. Located downtown under the parking garage where the old Sports Authority used to be, Shoe Palace offers an assortment of shoes, apparel, and other gear.
This is the only place in SLO I know of that sells retro Jordan’s. They’ve got plenty of shoes ranging from runners basketball shoes sports casuals skateboarding shoes and more. They didn’t have the specific shoes I was looking for but they had a very good selection.
According to the employees, this is the biggest shoe palace in California. They also drop a lot of weekend releases like the Air Jordan 1 OG’s, except at this place it’s first come first serve not raffles If you’re looking to cop a new pair of shoes, check this place out!

They Got everything. from Retro Jordana to skate shoes to running shoes & more. Staff is friendly and always help when i go in. Wish they restocked faster on the retros though ;(
