They had amazing customer service here especially for such a busy location! The two people there were so nice! The barista also made my drink really well!

The biggest flaw at this Starbucks location is that they serve bagels but do not have a oven to toast them, not a bagel cutter. I ended up getting a bagel that’s cold (it’s not even regular room temperature) because it’s early in the morning and the bagel just came out of the fridge. It’s a disappointing experience to fly with a cold sad bagel.

This is a great Starbucks to chill at while waiting for your plane to board. My drink was created perfectly and they have plenty of seating next to windows so you can watch your plane come in.

Wow! A Brand spanking new Starbucks near Gate 6 in the San Jose Airport. Finally, there’s food near the Delta flights! I am really happy to see this new Starbucks open as the folks at Access, next door, have been rumbling about it for 3 – 4 months. Great service and great drinks in a very under-​serviced area of SJC!
