Terrible service. I’ve gone twice before and they were terrible. Just sat outside in the high tops for 19 minutes. Not one(of only two available) waitress even came out. No service. Just left to go get pizza. Never even thinking to come back. Terrible service and always under staffed… for not even being busy.

Been sitting here about 10 mins along with several others that arrived after me. Server knows we’re here, but has not come to any of our tables. Talk about«just don’t care.» Time to walk.

Medium restaurant quality food. Bartender refused to play the Tampa Bay vs Pittsburgh game 7(deciding who the Sharks will play for the Stanley cup). He would much rather play reruns of the NHL network ignoring multiple customers requests. Very disappointing to have the sharks name on this place.

Wings sucked! Over cooked. Store frozen wings would have been better. After eating that. Don’t even want a get a beer. I’ll go next door! WATERISONTAPTOO! Too cheap to give us filtered water.

Travel through SJC every week. Good spot at end of terminal. Best aspect is Ellen. Super pro server who knows how the job. Always seems to be working! I go there as much to say hey to Ellen as to get a beverage.

Decent place to grab a drink in SJ airport. They have the same special as SJ Joes(on a double second shot is half price) but they won’t break it up into two drinks like Joes will. Haven’t tried their food but it looks reasonable. I’m a big hockey fan so I love the atmosphere and how it all looks like hockey.

Terrible place. After 15 minutes of being ignored the waitress says to order at the bar as she is behind. The bartender tells us that she is behind too with so many orders. So we left to go somewhere else.

This place sucks. Despite being in an airport, there’s a very long wait for food. Everything was 30+ minutes. We asked if appetizers would be faster — nope, thirty minutes. Entrees? 30 minutes. Anything that’s quick? Nope, 30 minutes. Luckily only one person in our coworker group had a flight soon, so they headed out to their gate. The rest of us waited the 30 minutes. Despite being«made to order» the food was terrible. Several of us got burgers & they asked how we wanted them cooked. Despite that, everything was very well done/slightly burned. Service was bad. Long waits & difficult to flag people down. If you need a fork or napkin, better to just get up & go to the wait station to get them yourself.

I’m only giving a star because I can’t give zero stars. Terrible service. Disrespectful bartender. Whatever happened to the 2 dollar shot with the purchase of your 9 dollar beer? Apparently they haven’t done that since 1992.

Whoever handles the staffing at this place is missing out on the motherlode of up selling overpriced drinks to weary business travelers and should be fired. It’s 6pm on a Friday night and there is one – one! – waitress handling like 30 tables. Four tables around me have come and gone without ever being approached by her. I get that you have a captive audience that doesn’t really have any other choices… but why not screw over your customers by plying them as fast as you can with a lot of doubles-for-six-dollars-more drinks than leaving them stranded… thirsty…foolishly wishing to be parted from their hard earned cash. Whoever runs this joint is an embarrassment to capitalism. UPDATE: the bartender made a mistake with my drink – when the server presented the replacement drink, she left the mistake behind. Which is like leaving a $ 30 bill on the table. Server gets 5 stars. The establishment still sucks.

First off I have to say this is my first time flying out at night my flight was at 10:10pm got delayed to midnight, my friends and I came here to get a beer and to just hang out. The bartender Mario was a great funny guy. I got a shock top and two glasses of champaign. Kitchen closes at 10 and bar closes around 10:30.

The menu is the best in the airport, the service is friendly and professional. It was surprisingly clean, Sharks would be proud! I say the team should pay a visit!!! Or the team at the cage deserves a night at the tank for free. The only suggestion to management I would have is Sierra Nevada on draft, and your bud light is flat. I’m not one to return a beer, but damn I was close. If Janelle wasn’t so nice I would have. I definitely selected a different beer the second round other than that. For a sharks fan this is airport dining heaven Thank you Janelle Just noticed a guy is wearing a 49ers lanyard he should be rocking a sharks… But still supporting the bay. Sorry a die hard sharks fan!!!

Airport service varies with employees almost everywhere. And all restaurants look worse if there is a rush. Sitting here right now — the food is good or better than good for what you expect. It’s a sports bar. If you want upscale go down the hall. Every restaurants mandate is to do what they say they will do and be the restaurant they say they will be. This place does that just fine. I asked a waitress to turn up the TV — she turned it up. Some places would tell you to gth. next time I come into this airport I would have no problem eating here again. I would NOT come here looking for low cal…

Our flight was delayed about 3 hours so we needed to kill some time. It was either this or Brit’s and this menu looked more appealing. Stopped in and just found an area to sit at since it wasn’t crowded at all. Kenneth, the bar tender and server asked us if we wanted to start out with any drinks. After he brought us our drinks, we placed an order for food. We ordered: — Sliders — it came with 4 sliders with red onions, pickle, lettuce and cheese. The bun was fine, but the meat was burnt and pretty tough to eat. It wasn’t enjoyable at all. — Buffalo chicken wings — this was actually ok, it came with a side of celery sticks and ranch dip. — Bloody mary — this was good and we opted for grey goose instead of the generic and it was worth it, about $ 11.99, which isn’t too bad. Overall the food wasn’t that good, but the service from Kenneth was exceptional so it really made up for the mediocre food. Thanks Kenneth, you were great!

This bar/restaurant was good. I chose the«Boneless Wingers» Thai chili flavor and thought they were really good. the staff was nice and friendly and the food came out withing 10 – 15 min. the only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 is because the bar tenders just tried to upsell their drinks. overall I would recommend this place. –Matt Baca

Bad food. Steak on salad looked like dog food, and tasted strange with a texture of beer jerky. Stick with beer here!

I’ve visited Shark’s Cage at the beginning of all my Vegas trips. I guess you could say I’m too impatient to wait for the Strip to start the debauchery. Pre-gaming always begins before boarding my flight. Most flyers won’t make it down to the end of the terminal to hang out at the Cage and it’s really to their loss. This is not to say the Cage is super spectacular — there’s beer and some greasy bar food. What I really like about this spot is the ample space for you to sit down and just… relax(or get TU as the case may have it). I’ve never ordered the food here so I can’t comment. But the drinks are served cold and quickly. All of the other bars in the airport are usually crowded, so the Cage offers solace from the frenzy of other customers. Another perk is that you can bring food from other restaurants in the airport and eat it here. So, before you go on your next trip to Vegas, do me a favor and drink up here. Put $ 100 on red for me. You know I’ll be good for it.

The tv’s, drinks, and service were great, but the food was lacking. Unfortunately I was only there for the food. I had the quesadilla with guacamole while waiting for a flight home. Initially I ordered the chili but I was strongly cautioned against it by the waiter/bartender. The quesadilla was just ok. Freshly assembled but not freshly made by any means. The next time I am at this airport I will not be dining at this establishment… just drinking.
