Solid mini-Peet’s in the airport, though not a ton of breakfast or pastry options which is normally something I really enjoy about Peet’s. I actually ended up here by accident, I thought the Starbucks was very far away but if you’re a die-hard(or simply want some serious scone action), here’s a pro-tip: It’s right around the corner!

On my way home today, I noticed a Peet’s Coffee shop in the Mineta San Jose International Airport. What luck! As we only have two Peet’s Coffee & Tea stores in da 808(Waikiki & Kailua). Unfortunate for me, neither stores on Oahu are convenient for me to go to, therefore when I am on the mainland, if I can find a Peet’s…I’d probably stop by. No lines this morning… but of course I was at the airport real early this morning! Upon walking up to the counter, I ordered myself a large dark coffee. Very good coffee indeed… nice and strong! The way I like it! You know… the kinda of coffee that puts hair on your chest! I was also surprised at how reasonable the price of their coffee was, as this store in the Mineta San Jose International airport. Normally back at home, if I drop by a Starbucks at the Honolulu International airport, I swear I’m paying $ 3 to $ 4 bucks for the same cup of coffee! This morning I was pleasantly surprised to pay only $ 2.83(with tax) for my large cup of joe! If ever I’m going through this airport again… I’ll be sure to stop by Peet’s!

Stopped by for a cup of coffee prior to boarding my flight the other day and the experience was decent. It appears that this is a franchise location as they don’t accept Peet’s card and pricing is slightly higher than usual. Staff was friendly and my drink came out perfect! …good to know that they finally have decent coffee at SJC past security!

Not impressed! I’m usually a big fan of Peers, and I know what my favorite drinks should taste like, but when I ordered my Matcha Green Tea Latte this morning, I was so disappointed! I didn’t even take more than 4 sips, then it just wasn’t good & threw it away. Sadly, I feel like I wasted $ 4! I wont be returning for that drink there again.

Should have been open. 15 minutes past opening time and manager said they wouldn’t be open for another 45 minutes. Laziness. Went to Starbucks. This is for the peets in terminal b.

Im a regular peets customer. Keep in mind this is a franchise, under the name of peets. Coffee was just down right awful, brewed from a library coffee machine. On top of that, the two people working, a female, and male were as friendly as prison guards. Smile, be polite, or look for another job. For once, I recommend Starbucks just down by gate 12.

Hard to rate Peets less than 5 but my latte is not strong enough and there is no foam in it.

It was not terribly late on Sunday evening. They were not yet closed, but the single person there was already getting the place ready to close up. When I came up to order my iced vanilla latte it was as though I was interrupting her. I was begrudgingly given my coffee and not even given a thank you. My change was practically thrown into my hand. The coffee was good, though, and that was ok.

Staff was nice but my latte was below Peet’s standards. Lacking any flavor and kinda watery. I guess, there is some law for airport locations of any chain to always be sub-par.

I guess their price in the airport is expensive but $ 4.79 for oatmeal??? Seriously? Even starbucks is cheaper. I don’t like the girl there. Major attitude when I asked for plain hot water after I order my oatmeal. Not coming back to this location again. They don’t accept peets card either! Wtf!

Got to watch the 2 employees chat with each other, waiting for a manager to open the place up. Finally gave up & went to Starbuck’s, which had been open since 4:30am. Crazy way to do business! :/

This is an average airport Peet’s. Their mocha was not super sweet actually(granted this was with one pump of syrup. This Peet’s is right after one of the security gates so it’s available for easy access.

Oh how I do love me some Peet’s! I prefer Peet’s to Starbucks, but there is not one very close to me, so when I encounter one, especially at the airport for an early flight I am MORE than overjoyed to stop for a coffee. The girl who was helping us the morning we stopped in had a sarcastic tone to her, could have been perceived by some as rude but I totally thought she was HILARIOUS. She totally got that I understood her sarcasm was part of her personality and I for one love those personality types. While I guess, may not be the best personality to pair with early morning, grouchy travelers but it provided me with enough entertainment to make my morning. :)

Close to my gate, early flight, in need of caffeine led me here. Got a small, Matcha Green Tea Latte and a Kind bar as a pre-flight snack. The girl helping me didn’t look that thrilled to be there and a bit preoccupied. I got my drink made quickly and made my way back to my gate. Even the barista seemed very robotic and preoccupied. Upon tasting my Latte, it was hot lacked the Matcha Green Tea flavor I was looking for and unsweetened. It was just A-OK. My Kind bar tasted a bit like it has been sitting out for a while or hasn’t been selling– is this why they put it next to the register? A bit pricey, but that is expected of airport and quality is just decent. Should’ve went to Starbucks.

Incompetent and rude. One employee was negative and rude. It appeared that she was a bully to the other employees and very hateful towards me. I sent the company an email about her. I gave them two opportunities to be nice and they failed. Went to Starbucks and they were cheaper, competent, and polite. Very dissatisfied. .tried to buy local but it was a terrible way to begin the travels.

A smiling face and great cup of morning java is what this traveller needs to begin his day, in the most positive way. One piece of advice that one must already figure out — don’t use your deal vouchers at airport facilities as it’s not the same type of deals. Very expensive for a cup of coffee. But good:)

They were quick and efficient. I got my large matcha tea latte and bottled water for $ 9 in time to board my flight. Not much else than that. Can’t say there was a charming personality helping me. Certainly would have scored some bonus points but wasn’t necessary in my rush. There wasn’t a sitting area. I don’t think there really needed to be. After all, this Peet’s is in an airport. I was tickled that it was there at all and had to stop by. As a side note, M(who dislikes the matcha tea I make at home) admitted that she liked the matcha latte with coconut flavor from Peet’s. She took several sips of mine before settling into her boring ol’ water.

Short Story: I stopped here because it was convenient and close to my gate. Long Story: I like their sandwiches most of the time. Though when I went this time, the bread was really dry. The service was pretty average. In the end, it was a place where I could just stop and go to get something to eat and drink. Verdict: I would go to Starbucks next time.

Everyone knows that I’m a java junky! So before my flight, which was delayed, I decided to stop by and get my fix. The staff here is super friendly! They greeted me and immediately acknowledged my presence. They have the usual Peet’s choices, in a smaller airport front. They even sell bagged coffee. We all know that their coffee is pretty delicious for a corporate chain. Ample seating available at adjacent gates.

This is the Peet’s location in Terminal A of San Jose International Airport(near Gate 12). You’ll see it straight ahead across from you as you exit the security checkpoint. Good place for a pick me up! Had a coffee here — very tasty! Ladies working the counter were nice and festively adorned with reindeer antlers! NOTE: Once again someone at Unilocal felt it necessary to modify a business listing, after I entered it correctly — AND they did so incorrectly. It’s interesting that they felt the need to go out of their way to change the address to Terminal B — when I clearly state in my review that this Peet’s is located in Terminal A. Verification — any business located in Terminal A will have the following address: 2077 Airport Blvd. San Jose, CA95110
