Waiting in line 16 minutes! In an airport you’d think moving people through would be a priority — people left line and upset — how about a few more staff Starbucks?

A shout out to Ara, who has got to be one of the nicest people on Earth. She helped me with some technical difficulty I was having with the Starbucks app I was having on my phone, and gave my daughter and me samples of the S’mores Latte — at 6 am! This went way beyond her job description. Certainly started my day off well.

Long line, but the ladies here kept it moving! Enjoyed my pumpkin spice latte, best way to kick start my sleep deprived day.

Starbucks you FAIL with a not toasted, not room temperature but refrigerated bagel. My cream cheese should NOT be the same temp as my bagel! Tip: invest in a toaster.

The employees here are quick! I arrived to the airport for a morning flight and thought to grab some coffee. The line was pretty long, which is not surprising since it looked like a typical morning rush. I was slightly concerned with the length of the line and time it would take for my order. However, the line moved so quickly and before I knew it, I was out with my beverage. Yay to speedy service!

Came here to grab some hot chocolate & a pastry before a Hawaiian Airlines flight awhile ago. It has typical airport Starbucks prices, which means higher than normal Starbucks, which means really high. The lines are pretty long in the morning too. The food & drinks are up to the standards of the chain though, which I have found is not always true at airport Starbucks(I had a very bad experience at one in Honolulu).

When your flight is canceled and you’ve got hours to burn, you tend to every store in the terminal. Of course, Starbucks is on the list! I purchased a grande non-fat latte and a fiji water and of course they were pricer than usual but it kept me awake and hydrated as I waited for Southwest to get their s$%t together. Service was quick and the employees pleasant. Drink was made perfectly! Thanks Starbucks for helping me through the day. ***Footnote for Marc. D. It’s 5:15 a.m. I am dying. I had one hour of sleep and I will be in transit for the next 6 hours. I am dying. So I succumb to the wonderful world of caffine. Except it was unsurprisingly more expensive than your normal Starbucks. But what the heck, you need coffee when you need it. I am still dying.

Great location if you just got in and you need that fix in the morning while waiting for your luggage to come from the carousel. But take note that don’t buy here right before you go into the Security Checkpoint, or you’re going to have to throw it away. There is another one inside FYI. The guys and girls that work here are awesome especially Vince. He’ll take care of you. The only thing is they don’t have those breakfast sandwiches But it’s all good.

Usually SB is known for good service and good coffee that goes along with their outrageous prices .This location was a disappointment .I asked for an extra hot latte coffee and got one that was luke warm! I was so disgusted I handed them back my drink that was already paid for and walked away !

The service was tight-faced polite and fussy. The menu appears to be limited. Earl Grey Tea Latte was bland, but then again the employees can not be blamed because quality of Tazo tea leaves much to be desired .To my great surprise, there were no any Bliss bars. I had a crème cheese Danish instead. My children liked their Strawberry and Crème Frapuccino. Iced Caffe Latte was usual.

Little guy… this coffee shack offers a lot for its size. Picked up a Fiji Water(Water loved by all the chefs… Roy Yamaguchi, Nobu, Wolfgang… you’ve seen the ads right?) and a Venti Arnold Palmer, Black Tea served over crush ice with a hit of Lemonade. Super Refreshing, esp. when you are hungover and about to catch a flight. Helped wash down that breaky burrito from Señor Jalapeño. Friendly service too!

As far as airport Starbucks go, this one is now great! The service is always fast and friendly. I’ve never had a problem here. I would have given it four stars, but now that SJC has remodeled their C Terminal it now gets five because it’s located after the security check-point! Which means, that when you fly Delta, or any of the airlines at the terminal, you can now take it on the plane with you. YAY! As far as Starbucks as a whole go, this is a 4-star, but as far as airport stores go, this is certainly a 5. *Airport Store — SJC — Terminal C
