Not sure if it was just this location but the Caramelized honey latte was no bueno. But Then again Starbucks coffee in general is pretty mediocre except for when they have their holiday drinks

Worst Starbucks I have been, does not warm up stuff and no Starbucks card. Also the staff are terrible unwelcome. The latte is not as much as other store.

Santa Barbara, CA
This was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. First off, they were way too slow. I went yesterday October 13 at 7 am. The order took a while and it wasn’t that good of a drink. I hate to admit it, but I usually love Starbucks, but this one failed me today. Not only that, the prices of every item would be considered highway robbery!
They charged $ 5 for a water and down the hallway I went to Pizza My Heart and got a slice of pizza for less than a tea. The bottle of water was over $ 5. I bought just a gross sandwich for a total of $ 21. Starbucks’ prices are not fair at airports.
I’d never go there again! Starbucks should do a little quality control on these franchises.

This was one of the slowest starbucks I’ve visited. They messed up the order and we’re annoyed when I asked for a new lid because the one they gave was leaking.

The girls who just helped me were so sweet. They had to handle a large group of obnoxious teenage boys getting frappuccinos by themselves, and I know how stressful that is! They were out of iced coffee which was a bummer, but they only charged me for a grande instead of a venti passion tea for the inconvenience. That is how you do customer service. :)

Quick service. Only coffee place in Terminal B. The pastries looked really fresh on a Saturday afternoon. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not…
