Starbucks

Nice and large seating area. Service is fairly quick and friendly. It’s a new location so they are still learning.

If I could put zero stars I would! This wasn’t the first nor second time this is the third time I’ve had to deal with rude customer service from the SAME person I didn’t get to her name tag (overweight girl) that happens to be rude EVERY time for no given reason, rolls her eyes every chance she got. I’m done with this place never going back

Hold hold Starbucks WITHOUT coffee, this is a joke? The expresso machine is not working…

I waited in line to get a tall Carmel iced coffee with soy& a shot of espresso. So I waited for my drink. First, she made it with milk, I didn’t ask for milk I asked for soy, no big deal. Then the cashier never charged me for the espresso shot, so she had to remake my drink again. & then after all this tells me to get back in line to pay the $.80 for my espresso shot!!! What the fuck!!! I didn’t mess up you guys did. I just got a complete refund and won’t be returning to this Starbucks. I can’t believe she had the nerve to charge me after it was the mistake. Clearly, the issue here wasn’t the money it was the fact that she tried to charge me for the damn espresso after they messed up. Totally not what I expected from any Starbucks at all.

Ugh thank god one is oppening closer to my daughters school. My daughter & I have a weekly visit to this location because its the closets to her school & the employees are great. Except for Monday. There were new faces at the counter. One seemed like it was his first day & a woman who my daughter & I have never seen. Her name was Kassandra. I ordered a Grande PIKE like always. I was told by this new guy that they were out. I said OK I will wait. But her proceeded to ring me up. I said hum shouldn’t this be on the house. He looked at Kassandra & she was like No we have several other drinks you can order. I said I only drink pike. I am not a fan of your other drinks. She said well sorry that is your only option & it will be a few min & you will have to pay. OK so while I was ordering my drink my daughter was trying to place an order with Kassandra. Obviously she could not multi task because she said the drink & her food would come out at the same time. I said OK because the store was packed. Ok she was ok with that eta BUT my daughter ordered green tea & we got black tea. She wasn’t listening. Because I didn’t want to hassle with kassandra again I mentioned to the lady who was making the drink of Kassandra’s mistake. She is our normal cashier & when she saw my daughter she knew right away that is not her normal drip & made it right way. Because of this Kassandra made & wanting to argue she made use late to school. In all my years I have never had this experience. Yes they were busy but you should be able to function without being short. I will be glad when the starbucks opens at Capitol & Beryessa so we can stop going to the capitol square location.

Bad service. I asked a simple question and they gave me so much attitude. I asked them if they have those papers Starbucks gives you if you don’t like a drink. I heard about this from a friend who CURRENTLY works at another Starbucks location and she told me they do that if you are unsatisfied with your drink. However, they did not know what I was talking about and then I said that was fine, I was just wondering. And then when I ordered my drink, she didn’t know what it was so I had to show the cashier the ingredients from my phone and she kind of mugged me but I didn’t care. After saying my order, I gave them one of those papers that said any drink for free but they still charged me for the extra ingredients. After that the cashier told her friend what I asked her, and her friend said «well that’s not our problem» very loudly and very rude like. When I got my drink, she gave me a dirty look. God I just asked a simple freakin question. They don’t have to give me so much disrespect, never coming here again.

I have come to this Starbucks before located inside of target. I ordered a Java chip last time and it was disappointing but I thought I would give it a try again and see if maybe they improved… Sadly no they did not! It taste more like a mocha Frapuccino. And not even a good one at that.
Do your self a favor and leave the target store and go down literately a two minute walk down to the Starbucks at the corner!

The two baristas that are both female are very sweet and most important of all they make my drink right every time!!! They both work there every morning starting at 8 am, so kudos and great job to you both:)
I use to go to the Starbucks in the same plaza but had a bad experience every time! I hate that place! I Unilocaled them twice within a year and they still have made NO improvements. They are a bunch of bitches and assholes! DO NOT go to 2707 McKee Rd. Starbucks next to Mi Pueblo!

The Starbucks here in target is very convenient if you just finished shopping at target, but tbh I am more used to going to the Starbucks next to mi pueblo. This Starbucks inside target is mostly empty so you get to order fast BUT they take a little more time to do you drink than at an average Starbucks. I am giving it a ⁴⁄₅ stars because it’s not bad at all but it’s not extraordinary either

I refuse to drink anything hot that is linked with milk @ this starbucks location. The milk pitchers almost always look gross and unsanitary. I get that LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING… But I think it’s too much to be a coincident.
It’s rare that I ever come here but if I honestly can’t avoid it, I stick to the ice teas.
Go down a bit further and spend your money on a wonderful cup of Jamba Juice. Super refreshing.
