Horrible service! I ordered a mocha frappucino and asked for it to be light(it used to say on the menu that you can make certain drinks light so I assumed they would understand.) When the drink was made, the guy didn’t even say the order loud and just left it on the counter. Luckily for me, I was standing right by the pick-up station. I knew it was my drink because my name was written on the cup and I saw the people before in line pick up their drinks already. When I looked at the drink, they made me a white mocha frappucino and I told the barista there must have been a misunderstanding. I told him how I asked for a mocha frappucino and for it to be made light because my mom cannot consume a lot of sugar, and the guy prompted to give me attitude and said I should know the ratios of mocha? I asked if he could remake it nicely because my mom cannot drink it because it’s overly sweet and he demanded me to hand him the drink when it was right in front of him on the counter still. As he handed me a new drink, it turned out to be another white mocha with 1 pump of mocha instead? It wasn’t worth it to correct him again so I dumped the drink in the trash. Other Starbucks locations never give me attitude as much as that male barista did. Definitely would recommended the Starbucks inside Target(same plaza) instead.

Horrible customer service. And dirty location. They also make the drinks wrong. It doesn’t taste right. I ordered a birthday drink with 10 shots of espresso and some pumps Of syrup etc, and they told me the max of shots they can do is 5 shots for a Venti? What… After I argued with them, someone came and said they will be able to make it. But that was disappointing having to deal with it. Overall just a really bad experience.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for many years. It goes through its phases, due to good or bad management. In the good ol days it was 100% then changed management, and went down hill. Now in the past year it is on the upswing… New management, I am once again greeted with the red carpet treatment, most of the baristas know my name and my drink, and it is a lot quicker than other Starbucks in the area. It is small, but very convenient to 680 and on my way to work! Thanks Starbucks and crew for working hard to keep all of us Starbucks Junkies going each day!

The coffee is great, the employees are friendly & make great coffee. My ONLY complaint is the homeless people sitting outside begging for money. I went with my family & had no where to sit outside because the homeless people were sitting at the tables. One young man demanded a dollar & when we said sorry, he became angry and was yelling. Then 2 other people got up and demanded money. I don’t know what Starbucks can do about this issue, but it’s out of control.

This Starbucks isn’t all that bad. Don’t know why ratings are so low. It’s just like any other Starbucks. The drinks are consistent and their fast in making the drinks. The only downside to this placebos that it’s a bit small. So if you decide you want a workspace, they barely have any tables. They have more tables outside than inside. That’s about the only downside. Other than that, this place is just like any other Starbucks. It’s also a bonus that it’s located in a plaza with shopping stores.

Workers here are great, quick, and ordered but the drinks are more watered down and don’t taste as good as other Starbucks. I don’t come into $ 5 coffee places searching for differences, I just can taste it so I understand why you hate me. This is why I don’t have friends.

Usually I stop here when I’m nearby or when I’m in the mood for a frapp/coffee. I’m not really picky so I don’t expect a 4 star treatment from them, just enough to keep a customer satisfied. The service seems pretty ok to me. Although there are times when this place can be pretty pack and it was during rush hour where they’ve gotten my order wrong. Other than that this place is ok.

Usually a busy plaza, so finding a parking spot usually sucks. I love how this location is close to 680, so you can just be in & out in no time. Same Starbucks as any, good quick service!

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The condiment bar was a mess and they were not busy at all. Young guy at the register couldn’t answer my questions and insisted on charging me for soy milk when they are not suppose to for an iced coffee(less than 3 oz!) I get the same drink at multiple locations and they know how to charge correctly! I’ve been seeing the lack of knowledge and standards a lot more recently and it frustrates me being a former partner. This location’s management needs to step it up. Will never come here again.

I LOVE this starbucks. Each time I’ve come in, they’ve been consistant with their customer service. Baristas, and I’m guessing the supervisor too, do not greet you when you walk in(and its a tiny ass store. you know they see you), do not greet you when you come up to the register, there is no «how are you? hows your morning? Have a good day»(none of that shit) and no consistancy with thanking customers after each transaction. And now the barista on bar…(this was today but ive seen em mess up before) the bar person made my drink incorrectly. Added no kale to my smoothie, didnt apologize for the mistake or the extra time added to my wait. And then… the girl who was rude on register came and added kale to my smoothie. SHEOPENEDTHEBAGOFKALEWITHHERTEETH!!! ECOSUREVIOLATION!!! Heads up… they make those bags easy to open by pulling them apart. After my drink was made, it was shoved out that handoff with the other drinks. No «Thank you» or any other sort of connection. The girl who helped me at the register was cool though. She actually had a conversation with me. Want a bad experience or rude ass service? Come here! I love it :) It makes me appreciate the good stores/baristas that put in that extra effort.

In my opinion, this is the worst Starbucks, and I’ve been to an awfully lot of Starbucks nationally. Seating is atrocious. There are about 5 on a counter facing outside. Woe to you if it’s sunny. My transitions lenses activated INSIDE due to the light. There are a total of three tables inside, and the disabled persons table had no chairs, the table in the corner that could seat three had two chairs, and the itty-bitty table can seat one unless you don’t mind bumping into other folks. Don’t think they took chairs outside, it rained that day(about an hour before) About 25% packet loss on the wifi. Not enough people there to blame the Internet surfers. Getting to your drink meant squeezing to get back out past the register. I’d much rather go to the ones by the high schools, at least there are seats and the wifi works well!

This Starbucks is really small. I met a friend there and there were only 2 tables and a small counter to sit at. It’s pretty loud there and too many people walking around past the table we were sitting at. The girl that was working behind the cashier’s station was really nice and very accommodating. She gave excellent service. I went this morning at about 10 am. Not a good place to meet a friend at for coffee or tea.

Well, I am not sure what to write here about this Starbucks, but I am sure I will find something to write here. I will say that I do not go to Starbucks that often. I show up for the ice tea. I will have to say when I show up in the early evening time, and told they are out of black tea for the flavor, I do not understand why or how they would be out of something, but I am sure they have their reason, I just did not need to know or really want to know. Also for the young lady working at the counter, since I have never spoke French, to me it is an extra large not a trente.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 * but this is the lowest rating I can give it. Went in last night and ordered 3 drinks 2 of which were lousy. All my drinks were finished at separate times in between other orders, customer service was mediocre and the place was dirty. They allowed a customer with an animal that made a mess on the floor. Once all drinks were done I took them home down the street to find 2 a quarter way empty and we hadn’t had any to drink yet. Called in and got 2 free vouchers that were given to someone else by mistake and then I had to wait 30mins to get those replaced. Worst Starbucks experience
