I find it hard to believe there can be any reviews for San Felipe that aren’t 5 stars. I haven been going to dry cleaner about once every two weeks for the last 15 years. I’ve seen good and bad. I must say that this place is the best I have ever been to.
The owner is so nice and really goes the extra mile. When my wife was pregnant he helped her to the car with the clothes, he’s called me to let me know my clothes arrived early.
I lived in Evergreen for about 4 ½ and just recently moved to another part of town. This is one of the merchants and places I’ll miss the most. It’s so hard to find a great dry cleaner and sad to not use his services anymore.
Reasonable priced and excellent customer service!

Impressions:
This is probably my favorite dry cleaner in San Jose. I’ve only started going here after my regular cleaners ruined my favorite shirt.
Quality of Services:
The owner always opens on time, and enthusiastically answers all of my questions with a happy face. At one visit, he took his time to explain to me the different types of stains, and the various processes implemented to remove the stains.
Final Thoughts/​Recommendations:
I highly recommend this dry cleaner to anyone who needs reliable services.

Come here all the time and they take good care of me. Was a little shy at first because of the one star rating but felt a little couragous and just went for it. And they take great care of me and my suits.
Now me and the owner are in good so I walk in drop off my shirts or whatever and the come back spotless never a complaint to be made. Woohoo

I forgot to mentioned, soon after I reported himt to the Better Buisness Bureau and attempted to take him to small claims court. He then tried to destroy my character to discredit my experience with his service. And sent me a letter from his «lawyer» threatening me with countersuits. He also claimed that he sent my clothes to another cleaners that he is affiliated with to do the job which ruined my shirts. Very strange as if he was that busy. Funny man. At the end, I never followed through with my case at small claims, it’s too much of a headache and burden on me, even though I was sooooo distraught over my shirts! lol Venting my experience on here will do.

This is the only place I will go to get my clothes dry-​cleaned. One time I tried another place closed by and I still saw the same stains!
I’ve gotten my coat dry-​cleaned here, blouses, and dresses. I’ve also had a dress altered here. The man behind the counter is very nice. He’s also very honest and even though my vietnamese is bad he understands me and still gives me good service.
I had a hard to remove stain on a blouse but he told me he will clean it once more free of charge. Plus the location is very convenient for me. =)

My family and I have used this place for a very long time. Aside from all the negative reviews I have read, I can attest to the fact that they do quality work. It has come to the point that all I need to do is walk in and tell them what I need done and when I need it by. No receipt needed, because they know my last name and who I am. It’s awesome. It’s very simple guys, if you bring good business then you’ll get that in return. Be nice patient and courteous. Do you have a favorite bar that you frequent and get treated like you own the place? That’s how I feel when I go in there. I bring my uniforms there for alterations and cleaning– trust me these aren’t cheap pieces of clothing. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs quality work done.

I’m sorry to have to do this because the guy thats usually behind the counter is soooo nice, but I can never come back to this place again. They did a good job removing the sleeves from an all silk dress I had but completely destroyed the hem. I can’ say much more than that since I was so severely disappointed :(
