Evergreen Cleaners

This review is for the Evergreen Cleaners inside the Save-​mart shopping center. I’ve been going to them for about 2 years and have been growing unhappy for the past few months. Today when I went in to pick up 6 shirts I notice that it seemed like they were looking for something in the back. At this point I no longer had my ticket so I was unsure how many shirts I had taken in. When the woman came she rang me up and gave me my total. When I looked down at her hand I noticed the ticket had 6 shirts and she had only given me 5. When I brought this to her attention she said that they must have miscounted. I pressed the subject and she asked me what it looked like. I told her that I wasn’t sure because I’d have to check and see which ones had been left at home. She then told me to go home and let her know. I then asked what they would do if I came back and she said again it must have been miscounted and that I only took in 5 shirts. I then pressed the issue more and they kept looking for the shirt. I then realized which shirt was missing and after more looking they finally found it.
This place is dishonest! She (the owner) would have just let me walk out with my 5 shirts (or she wouldn’t have given me my total) if I hadn’t noticed what had been going on and that I was missing a shirt. Even after I realized what had happened she stubbornly kept saying it was miscounted and that I never took in 5 shirts. This place knows nothing about friendliness or customer service. Use with caution. I will never use them again.
