I always take my cleaning here. You can’t beat the price and it is quick and convenient from my parents house. The couple running the place are honest and give me real tips too for my clothing.

I’ve actually had a pretty good experience from this place and have been coming here a while. The cleaning is good considering the price. There is a bit of a language barrier, but so far, I’d say 3 ½ stars. They are pretty good.

Based on two-time experience, no more business with them. (1) Alteration — OK job, but has to go there a few times to pick up as the lady did not keep promises. No apologies offered. (2) Dry clean — Stains were not removed. Initially she blamed me for not telling her up front, which was a lie as she spotted stains and placed red tapes herself when I turned over the garments. She then took the clothes to the back room, did something and came back told me that they can’t be removed and needed to be reworked. At final pick up, the stains looked intact, but she insisted that they were reworked. I was appalled by her statement«It is dry clean, we don’t do stains». She got really upset at me for not understanding her logic of excuse«we don’t do clean here, we send to big factory». I simply walked out of the door.

Why would you have a business and be closed for more than 2 hours during their own designated/displayed business hours. I had 3 pcs of clothing to have dry cleaned. First attempt I went there around 12pm. There was a sign that said«Be Back @ 2pm» I had my friend drop them off around 4pm. Pick up time was around 230pm end of the week. Went to pick them up around 330pm and there was a sign that said«Be Back @ 2pm». Went to do some grocery shopping at the market next door. Came back and they were finally opened. FAIL

This is not a legitimate business, it is run by a woman with no scruples who will take your money with no intention in ever doing the job you paid her for. I’ve been coming here for two years waiting for her to make the alterations on *one* of my dresses. Let me be clear, this has been two years of coming in asking her if she’d worked on the *same* dress yet. A dress that was supposed to take a WEEKMAX to do. I have had two years of her telling me she hadn’t done it yet and two years of her telling me to come back later… How much later do you need?! Another two years?! I finally just demanded my dress back — I am tired of her lies and unprofessionalism! She refused to even return my money or apologize. On top of it all she even lost one of my dry cleaned outfits as she is obviously super disorganized! I’ll be reporting this«business» to the BBB!

They do a decent job with the dry cleaning I suppose, but I mostly come here for alterations. For $ 5 the lady does a fairly good job, but what sucks is the customer service! Normally my mom, sister or I drop off our jeans or pants and the lady asks for about a week, which is quite some time, but considering it’s only $ 5 a hem, we go with it. However, our most recent experience was pretty bad. After a week(and a day after she told us to pick them up), my mom went to go pick up my sister’s jeans and the lady said she forgot and told her come back in 20 minutes. My sister and I went back after an hour and apparently she forgot again as she was sitting in back watching her Vietnamese drama. So then, she told us to wait 5 minutes as she scurried back to look for the jeans and after about 15 minutes, my sister finally had her jeans. With that said, until we find a better place, we’ll probably still go here since it’s the closest place to our house and I/we don’t really want to spend more than $ 5 for a hem… but I guess I just can’t be in any hurry to get my clothes altered and have a little patience. But there’s gotta be somewhere else near by that’s better and just as cheap right? Maybe?

Shirts are $ 1 and I have a ton of shirts to dryclean. They do an ok job considering the price. I only hate that is it located right next to a laundrymat where people are always outside drinking alcohol waiting for their clothes to be washed. Owners are really nice though!
