Did great on my dry cleaning, sewing and cutting my pants. But bad customer service. Old asian lady does not smile nor say hello. Too expensive. I do not understand her. Only went there cuz close to my home. Not coming back…

I will give zero starts this place writes your last name in permanent marker in the bottom inside of your shirts who the heck does that? If you have expensive shirts and light colors that’s unprofessional.

I have gone here for the dry cleaning services about five times. The first time I wen the lady was a little rude no welcome/I pulled out the clothes and she took them and told me the price. They did a good job and when I paid she was nice and friendly:-) now that she knows me she’s must nicer & I forget the slip about two times she was nice about it. It’s clean & the price is about the same as other places :-)

This placed is right across the way from Nothing Bundt Cake. It’s a small sized dry cleaners. The workers there are pretty friendly and if I ask if I can have my husband’s stuff by a certain day they are pretty nice about it. The place is pretty jam packed with clothes everywhere so it always feel really stuffy and hot in there. My husband has no complaints of the way his uniforms are dry cleaned.

Good neighborhood cleaners, I believe the price is $ 1.25 per shirt for laundered service — two or more shirts. Just be nice to the lady that owns(?) it and she’ll give you the time of day. Good cleaners BUT they write your last name on your shirts, little annoying.

First time coming here. My clothes were clean but they over charged me and gave me crazy attitude. I’m not coming back here anymore. I’ll just go to the cleaners across the street.

I don’t get the negative reviews, but I’ll say my experience was wonderful. First time customer and I am happy to support local businesses. More than happy, I am proud too! Always try to go local. It boosts our local economy and helps our small business owners! I never had been to a tailor before but I needed to get this skirt taken in and shortened. The skirt has scalloped lace edges which is kind of tricky. Nan(I think I spelled her name wrong, sorry!) was at the counter and helped me. I paid 22.00 which is not bad considering what I paid for the skirt and I was not about to throw it away because it was a size too big. It took 2 days and poof! It was ready for me as promised. If I to need anything taken in or tailored, I won’t hesitate to come here. Their rates are competitive. They did a beautiful job on my skirt and now it fits perfectly! Thank you! OH! And… I totally forgot my shirt that I had tried on that skirt with to give her an example of where I wanted the skirt to hit(just above my waist). AND! She remembered and gave it to me on Thursday. She also remembered my name. That’s so nice! I will do business here again when I need to.

Used to be my go-to dry cleaners until I dropped off a white blazer and had it returned to me with these yellow stains all over it. No thanks. Kinda pricy for dry cleaning too.

Not a cheap place… but they got the job done, had a stain on my white pants, went in, dropped it off, came back to pick it up two days later, and the stain is gone. I have not asked other places how much it cost, but at this place, it cost 4 dollars to dry clean a pair of pants.

I was on the fence about this place. Its expensive and the service might sometimes be mistaken for rude. The fact of the matter is that they know their business and provide good cleaning and pressing. The lady at the counter looks like she needs a hug sometimes, so I blurt out something that I learned from my Korean friends and we have a good laugh. I am picky about my uniforms and Evergreen Cleaners gets that. I really appreciate the same day service(for an extra charge). This place is really the only place that I trust to get the job done right, in the Evergreen area.

I might be the minority. I used to live in the area and visited Evergreen Cleaners often. Usually I’d drop off 20 – 30 items at a time. Now that I no longer live in the area, I wish I have a reliable cleaners like Evergreen. Another cleaner RUINED my clothes. I really miss Evergreen, even though their prices are through the roof. But I rather pay the hefty price tag for their reliability than to see my favorite versace skirt ruined by another cleaner!!! VERSACE!!!(amongst other things…)

Would not recommend. I got my suits back with a weird smell. I had to bring it to another local cleaner to remove. I try to support local businesses, but this one is crappy.

At first I LOVED Evergreen. Most of their staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a nice bag for my dry cleaning and seemed to remember me. Good customer service is very important to me. But, they were charging me much more than other cleaners, and are not able to do quick orders. I had an important interview for which I needed my suit. They were reluctant to do a rush order and said they couldn’t just press it. They finally agreed, so I left it for them. When I called a different person said it wouldn’t be ready. I did receive a call saying it was ready. .. but only once I was already en route to the interview(not in a suit).

At one time I came to this cleaners on a regular basis, then I stopped because they did a poor job on an evening coat I had and charged quite heafty for the non-cleaning job. Well, I believe in giving everyone a second chance and went back today to have a winter coat cleaned. I never found out if they had improved in their ability to clean because the person at the counter told me it would cost $ 20.00 to have my coat clean. I looked at her and said I did not think so and that the price was ridiculous and I could find a better price, said thank you and left. Maybe I’m a little out of tune, but $ 20.00 is a bit pricey for a regular day coat, not a suit, or anything like that.

They are very reliable and affordable, currently $ 1.35 per shirt for laundry. The service has gotten friendlier over time as the owners have started to see me as a regular. They do break some buttons occasionally, but fix most of them, and that is almost the norm for cleaners in my experience.

Have used these dry cleaners for 20 years. They are very reliable. They have never ruined or lost any of my clothing. They are good tailors too.
