I come to McDonald’s all the time but no one here listens to your order they make it up and then they charge you a different price never coming back here ever again

Worst ever! Cold mozzarella sticks & fries. I tried calling them but they are too busy to answer their phone

Cold everything… The fries and the chicken nuggets give you cold old stuff in the drive thru

McDonald’s is… Basic.
Staff was fine. Bathrooms were gross.
Lots of seating. The fries were a little dry. Chicken nuggets were fine… They didn’t forget my dipping sauces ;)
Next to Savers and Safeway.

I’m surprised there’s so many complaints about this McDonald’s. yes, the drive-​thru is kinda slow but I expect that at lunch time. ppl wanna get their food n go so there’s gonna b a line. I got their Bacon, Egg, n Cheese Biscuit meal. (LOVE) since they have breakfast all day now, (YAY) I usually get this. love getting some bacon n eggs to go so I don’t need to worry about rushing back. their sandwich is comparable to Starbuck’s Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar n Egg Sandwich. their’s is a bit bigger but also $ 5 for just the sandwich. I can’t really taste the difference. I guess if u wanted a better made coffee with a breakfast sandwich, ppl could purchase the same one at Starbucks. for me, I’d rather get the same tasting sandwich WITH a hash brown WITH a drink for the same (or even less) price.

This place is halfway decent inside when they clean it, but outside it’s pretty crappy because bums sit in the outdoor easting area and smoke cigarettes and pot (which is not even allowed; hello code enforcement?), and they have these huge piles of crap with them too. You can tell they haven’t bathed or put on deodorant or clean clothes in quite some time either. The store has a sign against loitering but unlike Jack in the box, the manager is too lazy to do anything about it. The wi-​fi doesn’t work, and they blocked all the outlets as well. The cheaper burgers are okay, but the patties in the «double» burger are literally like beef pancakes – that’s how flat they are!

This rating and review is based on the condition of the interior as with all McDonald’s food its a hit or miss based on the day you arrive.
Since they have re-​done the interior it has made this location look very modern and appealing. The booths are comfortable and the stone floors gives it a nice warm welcome no matter the day and season. However its the minor details in which will annoy people. At the fountain drink area there are many and I mean many tiny flies that constantly hover about the area and your head. You can see them on the wall and other areas but they mostly concentrate in the upper right wall. I had thought this will be quick meal but decided let me observe the place while I eat.
From the outside you would think there will be ample or more seating. But really there is about 16 – 17 seating area ranging from 1 – 4 people per booth or table. Since writing this review here at the store for the last 20 minutes I haven’t seen a single employee wiping down the tables or sweeping while it’s slow.
The interior is brightly lit near the windows but if they want to save money they can turn off some of the overhead ceiling lights and use the windows and the natural lighting if they remove the window banners. As of this message the bathroom is clean and tidy.
The transient/​homeless people are ever more present and growing since SJ had cleared an area near 85 & Almaden Expwy. Some hang out in the outdoor seating area, some in cars/​trucks with a camper shell and those who travel on bikes. Some bug you and some just stare at you. But I almost felt like I was in SF.
Again the Loud Mouth is there and loves to bark orders. But she now does it quietly so not to annoy or bug people. She is very bossy. For example I saw her take over a register from an employee while she said go get the food I’ll get the order. She has trust issues for an Asian Lady in Pink or she just wants to impress the patrons.
My food was good and I have no complaints. However if the owner/​operator does read Unilocal reviews he/​she/​they should attempt to change the Day Management. After all with this So San Jose area that is fast becoming a hot spot and an appealing neighborhood it might be best to put a top notch crew here or have a more seasoned Manager coach and mentor the current management and staff.

This McDonalds sucks. If youre going to order, go inside. The drive through is NEVER correct with the orders. The last few times I have gone there I have ordered very loudly and very clearly and they dont understand my perfectly plain and articulate english! Its ridiculous! I always order burgers plain, I never get that. I order 20 nuggets, I get 10. I order a large meal, I get large fries and medium drink. Horrible service and nothing but attitiude when they are asked to correct the mistakes. Ill drive the extra time to go to the one on Branham and Snell. Ive had it with this place.

this place sucks, tables were and backs of booths are dirty, went to get ketchup from the dispenser and when i pushed down nats flew out of the tip, where the ketchup comes out, only came here to get nuggets, but for the second time in a row, they have no hot mustard sauce, which they didnt tell me till after i ordered the nuggets, then they still only tried to give me one bbq sauce and one sweet and sour, for a 20 piece nuggets, i would like to see someone eat a 20 piece with 2 sauces, would have rather gone to the jack in the box a block away, very disappointing if i could not give a star that would be my ranking, Unilocal makes you give one star

I didn’t recognize this place as a good one because just the name of it makes you really feel a little bad. We all know that McDonalds has this bad service, slow, rude staff and other bad things to describe them. But we should admit that the food here’s good. SuperB wings, burgers and fries. I never got bored on eating their fries.

Whenever we’ve been desperate enough for drivethru, and this is in our path, we’ve stopped by. As with the Fruitvale location, not again: our order was never correct. We might have been charged for what we asked for, but didn’t get.
Forget it: if you need McD, then go to Curtner & Union’s drivethru, where we have never had a wrong order. They’re nicer, too.

Doesn’t matter what I order… But when I go through the drive through in the morning. My order always gets jacked up. What’s the point of having the order confirmation screens when they don’t work? And of course, when I try to get someone’s attention to fix my order. They stare at me through the window and then ignore me. I think I’ll drive a few blocks down the next time I have a McDonald’s craving.,.

This used to be a pretty typical McDonalds, but it has seriously gone downhill and the past month. Last week when I came through here on my lunch break the line at the drive thru was so long, I decided to just go in. I went in and placed my order but when I went to the beverage counter to make my drink both machines were out of ice. The straws were also empty and I had to go to the cashier to ask for one. I had my drink without ice and it wasn’t even cold from the fountain. The line was now so long inside that I didn’t want to wait to ask for ice. While I ate my food no one ever went to the beverage counter to refill the ice or the straws.
Now today, this is my next time coming. The line was taking so long in the drive thru that wasn’t long when I got there, that all the cars behind me started honking the horn. I wasn’t in a huge hurry, but the honking got really annoying. I’m not sure what is going on with this place, but they either need to staff more people, or they need to retrain those people.

Food is the same as every other McDonald’s. I appreciate the double drive-​thru lanes and that they stay open late. The problem with going through the drive-​thru is that they mess up some aspect of your order every time (missing fries, missing sauce, etc.). I now always check that every item I ordered is in the bag before I leave the window, which is annoying to those behind me. I hate going inside the restaurant because it is attractive to many bums who hang out either inside or on the outside seating all day long.

Drive-​thru Breakfast was fast but they forgot a McGriddle. Then when I had to go back around through the drive-​thru they gave me a free coffee w/​o sugar or creamer, might as well had gave me a water. They’re clean, keep the restrooms tidy, almost always has open seating inside, typically fast with service and the food is great (At This Location) but known to forget things, so keep your receipt and always check your bag before you leave.

Whenever I come to this one location, which is not very often, they always give me hot fresh fries! Super good! It’s McDonalds what else is there to say? ;)

I have been a loyal McDonald’s fan for as long as I can remember. Those hot crispy salty fries and delectable chicken nuggets. Nothing better!
Starving while seeking out the nearest McDonald’s, I was a little dubious about this one because of the Unilocal reviews. Long waits and mixed up orders? That did not sound pleasant at all. Luckily the wait wasn’t too bad. It took less than 10 minutes from order to exit. However there were other issues.
(-) At the pickup window, I was asked whether I had ordered two double cheeseburgers. I hadn’t. Huh?
(-) The fries got cold pretty quickly. :(
(-) The cup top broke off my mocha frappé. As you can imagine, it got everywhere.
You KNOW it’s bad when I didn’t even remember to check in! I must have been distracted from cleaning up all the mess while trying to park and the cold ass fries.
TIP: It could be worse. But it could also be better. Probably worth it to check out the higher-​Yelp-​rated ones, even if they are a little further from your route.

Got my random Mickey D’s fix this past weekend cuz I was craving some chicken mcnuggets! This was the first McDonald’s I’ve been to that has 2 drive-​thru lines, which I think is quite efficient. Cashier window moved quickly. And the food pickup window dude was nice enough to wish me a goodnight and to enjoy my meal. Well, thanks bud… cuz I sure did! Those fries on the drive home were yummers, tasted fake and crispy just how I remembered them (haha). Chicken nuggets were bomb and my chicken snack wrap with honey mustard was delish too. I also got myself a snack size Fruit & Yogurt Parfait… I dunno what it is about the yogurt they have here, but damn… the sweetness always hits the spot! :D

Better off going to the Capitol McDonald’s instead.
Service here is alright, but they take FOREVER! I once ordered fries here and they took a good 20 minutes (not exaggerating) and the fries were stale!
Not coming back.

Drive-​Thru Review
Been through this drive thru so many times with «crappy to rude to they shouldnt even work at mcd» service received every single time. most of them don’t even acknowledge your presence, esp when they’re too busy texting on their phone. RUDE! They always half-​a$$ you on your fries omg so annoying. :(
Hmm my favorite out of all of the crappy-​rude– service was when I ordered: 1 medium coke, 1 medium fries and an extra charge for their sweet&sour sauce. I checked my bag everything was there except my darn sauce. Told the lady in the window and she argued back saying that the sauce was in the bag, pretty much implying that I was a liar. (happened twice, with different workers)
2^nd favortire: BF and I were hungry. Went on a late dinner run around 10pm. Ordered a large #3 meal, extra medium fries and medium coke. Total came out to be less than 10 bucks. Pulled up, gave the guy my bf’s debit card, worker walked off with his card to the pick up window and long story short the worker overcharged my BF $ 10 by paying the car infront of us, which was close to $ 20.
